4 2 Crdinate research and ensure the prvisin f research supprt t the Cmmissiners. 2.1 Crdinate the develpment f a research prgramme in line with the prgramme plans f Cmmissiners. 2.2 Ensure that the Secretariat develps a plan t mnitr the implementatin f the recmmendatins f SAHRC reprts, enquiries, hearings and findings. 2.3 Oversee and prvide supprt in the rll ut f the Cmmissiner s prgramme. 2.4 Facilitate engagements with relevant stakehlders within the Cmmissin t ensure that supprt is prvided t the Cmmissiners. 2.5 Oversee the activities f research assciates and any ther additinal resurces that may be required t prvide supprt t the Cmmissiners. 3 Manage and crdinate engagements between the Cmmissiners and key stakehlders 3.1 Manage and crdinate Prvincial meetings and any relevant meetings with key stakehlders. 3.2 Prmte the activities f the Cmmissiners in cllabratin with the Office f the CEO. 3.3 Oversee and facilitate the prvisin f media liaisn supprt services t the Cmmissiners. 3.4 Facilitate engagements (including attending relevant meetings) between Cmmissiners and members f the Secretariat including cmmunicating decisins taken, requesting infrmatin and prvisin f crprate supprt services t the Cmmissiners. 3.5 Establish and manage relatinships with key stakehlders and strategic partners e.g. dnrs, academic institutins 3.6 Prmte the Cmmissiners prgramme. 3.7 Facilitate, in cnjunctin with the CEO, the drafting f speaking ntes by the Secretariat fr individual Cmmissiners. 4
