3 JOB DESCRIPTION KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Stakehlder and client relatins management KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Respnsible fr building and maintaining relatinships with key stakehlders and in particular: Ensuring stakehlders are recgnised as partners in the develpment and delivery f the rganisatins strategic prjects. Develping and implementing stakehlder management strategies including infrming, cnsulting and invlving stakehlders where relevant and evaluating the effectiveness f these strategies. Advising CEO f issues and/ r risks t stakehlder and client relatinships befre r as sn as they arise s that risks can be managed effectively. Ensuring that staff invlved in strategic prjects understand the value f and are cmmitted t the genuine participatin f stakehlders. Managing the effective delivery and n-ging implementatin f a stakehlder cntact management system. Managing stakehlder satisfactin surveys, develping and implementing strategies t address the findings. Supprt and assist RGMs t effectively cnsult and engage stakehlders and clients n business develpment and strategic prjects. Supprt the CEO in identifying business pprtunities frm existing r prspective clients. Develp / review and versee the implementatin f crprate scial investment
4 Strategic Crdinatin (CSI) strategy and annual plan. This will include identifying and pursuing CSI pprtunities t partner with r leverage n fr strategic prjects. Crdinate strategic cmmunicatin fr bth key prject messages and behaviural change necessary t strengthen the verall perfrmance f the prject. Prmte high level cllabratin, cmmunicatin and cperatin with gvernment ministries and ther stakehlders in the cmmunities. Crdinate wrkshps r ther engagement platfrms with stakehlders Supprt the CEO in strategic engagements such as MINMEC, thrugh amngst ther, the capturing f key issues and preparatin f summaries, reprts, briefs and ther materials. Oversee the management f strategic prjects t meet client requirements and t strategically psitin the rganisatin including: Prject management Prject initiatin Prject planning Implementatin Prject clsure Supprt the mnitring and evaluatin f strategic prjects and lead in the reprting f the same. Parliamentary liaisn Mnitr events in parliament/legislature and brief the CEO and RGMs in matters that impact the rganisatin. Analyse incming plitical intelligence fr relevance t and impact n the rganisatins wrk and plicies.
5 Financial management and gvernance Sub-unit management and leadership Cmmunicate and crdinate all relevant parliamentary bligatins including managing parliamentary questins, tabling f dcuments and rendering f advice n parliamentary rules and prcedures. This will include checking and vetting f respnses t parliamentary questins. Crdinate the attendance f rganisatinal delegatins at Parliamentary and legislature briefings, meetings and events. Attend and reprt n parliamentary briefings and debates relevant t the rganisatins mandate including fllwing up n utstanding matters Crdinate versight visits by the accunting authrity, parliamentary prtfli cmmittees and such ther bdies Supprt the rganisatins media relatins functin. Develp and manage Sub-unit budget and institute effective cntrl measures. Manage the applicatin f requisite resurces t achieve Sub-unit gals. Cultivate an apprpriate culture and awareness arund financial matters within the Sub-Unit. Cmpile Sub-unit and supprt cmpilatin f Unit perfrmance reprts in accrdance with the rganizatin s gvernance prtcl. Manage Sub-unit and supprt Unit risk management, statutry cmpliance and ther gvernance matters. Drive the alignment f the Sub-unit mandate with crprate gals (clearly define, interpret, cmmunicate and manage). Direct perfrmance cntracting prcesses at Sub-unit and individual level.
6 Establish perfrmance accuntability structures/platfrms and systems. Ensure achievement f Sub-unit planned gals and targets. Manage high pririty perfrmance threats and pursue ptimisatin f pprtunities relating t attainment f gals. Supprt the prcess f crafting the Unit visin. Develp and manage strategic and business plans fr the Sub-unit. Direct the peratinal planning prcess fr the Sub-unit. Create peratinal cmpetitive advantages arund the fllwing (amng ther) in relatin t the Sub-unit: Cmpetence; Capacity; Business prcesses and systems; Retentin f key skills; Training and develpment; Innvatin; Peple management. Identify, build and maintain relatinships with key stakehlders Prvide supprt in the crdinatin and integratin f business delivery activities within the Unit.
