REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: The Cach is ultimately accuntable t the Chief Executive and Bard wh shall sign ff plans and strategies develped t maximise the perfrmance f the players and the team. The Cach will reprt t the Chief Executive n preparatin and training prgramme planning, player management, media and spnsrship matters including spnsrship bligatins, media issues, player selectins and cntracts, team management and supprt persnnel appintments and ther financial and administrative matters. 2 1. Win Achieve success in pinnacle events and maintain cnsistently cmpetitive perfrmances against Australia leading utside f pinnacle events. 2. Squad & Team Perfrmance Utilise and maximise available resurces t ensure the individual players are technically, tactically, physically and mentally prepared t perfrm t the highest pssible standard and t achieve success against any and all ppsitin. 3. Squad & Team Player Depth Develp and prepare all Squad players s as t increase depth f quality players in the Central Pulse Squad and cmpetitin fr places in the final Central Pulse Team. 4. Squad and Team Selectin Cnvene and lead the selectin prcess and take verall respnsibility fr ensuring the selectin f the best available players. 5. Alignment - Build Relatinships and wrk with Zne Caches t create a sense f partnership within the zne. Clearly cmmunicate Central Pulse gals, values and standards and share best practise in caching, supprt services and team perfrmance as apprpriate t align and achieve the zne high perfrmance bjectives. 6. Media Develp and fster psitive and prfessinal relatinships with media persnnel 7. Cmmercial/Spnsrs Wrk with Central Zne marketing team t establish psitive and prfessinal relatinships with key spnsrs and t ensure that cmmercial bligatins are met withut cmprmising the perfrmance f the Team and the cntributin f funders and spnsrs is appreciated and recgnised at every apprpriate pprtunity. 8. The Rules f the Game Maintain psitive and prfessinal wrking relatinships with umpiring persnnel, keep up t date with all rule amendments and ensure players and Team Management have a thrugh understanding and respect fr the rules f the game.
