1 ROLE DESCRIPTION Psitin: Reprts t: Administrative Assistant Manager, LifePints, Tuggerah Rle Family: Crprate Supprt Level: D Organisatinal Cntext: Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) is the largest nn-gvernment prvider f disability services in NSW and the ACT, prviding a range f services t peple with cerebral palsy and ther disabilities. These client services include accmmdatin, therapy, technlgy, supprted emplyment, cmmunity access and supprt. Services are delivered t arund 5,000 clients annually and currently perate in a highly decentralised mdel thrugh 55 separate utlets. CPA s research institute is based at the University f Ntre Dame University in Darlinghurst. Its missin is t cnduct high quality research t reduce the prevalence and severity f cerebral palsy and enhance the health and wellbeing f peple with cerebral palsy. CPA s crprate supprt services include human resurces management, rganisatinal develpment, financial management and accunts, fundraising, marketing and events management and general administrative supprt and are based at the Allambie Heights campus. Their primary functin is t prvide the rganisatin with the necessary resurces and supprt that will assist all client services areas t achieve CPA s verall missin and strategic directin. CPA currently emplys 1100 staff, 175 f whm are supprted emplyees. Purpse, Nature and Scpe f the Rle: The rle exists t prvide receptin and administratin assistance t staff f LifePints Service, Hunter and Central Cast Tuggerah site and t the clients and the families wh access the service..
