4 2 Jb descriptin We are lking fr a highly mtivated individual t jin ur Pune Develpment centre as Agile Cach. The successful candidate will be the agile cach fr multiple agile teams cmpsed f Business Analysts, Sftware Engineers and Quality Assurance team members. As such he/she will help further drive the transfrmatin twards agile sftware develpment at a team/prgram level. The Agile Cach will need t: Guide multiple agile teams twards prfund adptin f the agile methdlgy thrugh empwering peple management and adptin f best practices based n previus experience Supprt crss functinal, distributed teams in their path t mre self rganizatin by prviding mentrship as well as hands n assistance regarding agile, scrum and cntinuus integratin/delivery. Take a pr active rle in reducing time t market and increasing business relevance f IT slutins Be available as the lcal practice lead t align with glbal sftware prcesses Drive frward ptimizatin in slutin implementatin: assure that delivery is aligned with the verall visin and that reaching sprint/release cycle gals are actively mnitred t help trigger cntinuus imprvement. Have demnstrable experience with agile implementatins at enterprise level, in large rganizatins, engaging frm team t management levels. Have the ability f quickly becming recgnised as an ally f the team wh can develp trust with the crssdepartmental stakehlders Have strng affinity with prcesses, cntinual imprvement and ther hands n practical tls and practices t achieve results (Cntinuus Integratin, Autmated testing, test driven develpment, XP practices, ) Be a gd cmmunicatr and a gd writer wh is cmfrtable prducing and presenting dcuments and giving training Be a cllabrative team player Have affinity with Infrmatin Technlgy and/r Financial Services Be based in Pune (India). 5 3 Qualificatins & Skill Set Educatin: Bachelr degree (r higher) in Cmputer Science r Ecnmics, Banking, Accunting, Business Administratin Minimum f 8 10 years f relevant Agile Leadership (including recent, active experience as part f an agile transfrmatin) Respnsible, methdical and rganised Fluent in English Knwledge f Full sftware develpment lifecycle knwledge Expsure t end t end sftware delivery, prject management and/r service management methdlgies. Experience f n site / ff shre delivery mdel Knwledge f Agile develpment tls and techniques.
