The average prgram is apprximately 500 nminal hurs, undertaken as 4 cntact hurs per mnth, and up t 8-10 hurs per week independent learning using nline and print based resurces, and applying skills in the wrkplace. An individual learning prgram is develped and included in the Client Services Agreement 6.
