Here are sme examples f the type f assessment t expect: Making vide and audi recrdings that demnstrates yur ability t: cnduct team meetings and prvide custmer service interact with custmers present a reprt make a presentatin Preparing written dcuments Write a reprt n [a tpic] based in yur wrkplace r ther business envirnment Create a training plan fr yur rganisatin fr the CEO s apprval Answering questins nline List three factrs t cnsider when implementing yur rganisatin s health and safety plicy What are the key characteristics f a marketing plan? And remember, all yur assessments are easily submitted nline. N need t print, scan r mail anything! Hw many assessments are there? A curse has an average f 10 units, with several assessments in each unit. Sme assessments are quite straightfrward and sme are mre invlved. All assessments are designed t help yu demnstrate yur understanding prgressively as yu g thrugh each unit. Hw are assessments marked? Fr each unit f cmpetency, yu ll be marked Cmpetent if yu ve demnstrated cmpetence against all the perfrmance criteria r Nt yet cmpetent if yu haven t. Yur Cmpetent result is in turn made up f the results f the assessments that make up that unit. Yu ll need t be marked Satisfactry fr each assessment in the unit t get an verall result f Cmpetent. T receive yur full qualificatin, yu must get marked Cmpetent fr all units. When d I get my results? Yur trainer will pst yur results, with their cmments, within three t five business days.
