3 Manage training staff and Subject Matter Experts Manage the training budget t achieve ptimal results Prcess Invlvement Develpment f the Annual Objectives fr the Training Department and submit them t the Executive Directr fr Safety and Security fr discussin and apprval. 5 Experience: Demnstrates understanding f trends in the use f technlgy and internatinal trends in training and educatin (preferably in a services industry and specifically in the safety and security envirnment) Track recrd f prven success develping and implementing successful training and develpment prgrams fr key rganisatins Excellent knwledge f curriculum develpment and different training delivery mdalities aimed at adult learners Exemplary leadership skills in the successful implementatin f digital resurces in training and develpment Sund experience with Learning Management Systems, Learning Cntent Management Systems and related industry standards Prir experience wrking in a custmer facing rle preferably with a majr training and develpment cnsultancy r services rganisatin Experience in building and develping high perfrming teams and partnerships In additin, it wuld be beneficial fr candidates t pssess prven business management experience t ensure that ICSS training is a cmmercially viable and sustainable enterprise Prven experience in prject management f training and develpment prgrams wuld als be beneficial IT skills - Must be prficient in MS Office, specifically in Pwerpint, Wrd, Publisher and Excel Internatinal Centre fr Sprt Security (ICSS) PO Bx 64163, Dha, Qatar, Phne: Page 5 f 7

6 Number f Years f Experience: Minimum f 10 years prgressively respnsible training and develpment experience at a managerial r leadership level including cmmercial and marketing experience f said training and develpment prgrams (preferably in a services industry and specifically in safety and security). Specialized Trainings Required (if any): Safety and security training qualificatins that wuld enhance current jb prfile and be in the best interests f ICSS, as well as any relevant business management qualificatins. Languages: English is essential, and Arabic wuld be beneficial Sft Skill Requirements: Strategic and critical thinker knwn fr creative prblem slving and strng decisin making in the interests f the ICSS, prven management skills, excellent verbal and written cmmunicatin skills, dynamic, high-energy individual with a strng wrk ethic, ability t effectively drive results thrugh thers - including thse that are nt direct reprts, effective training and presentatin skills, ability t wrk under pressure, flexible, adaptable t wrk within a multi-cultural & multi-disciplinary envirnment and exceptinal interpersnal skills.
