My team has increased bth retentin and student success rates. Mre degrees were awarded last summer than at any time in the cllege s entire histry! This year, we added an additinal ne hundred and twenty five degrees, which will enhance BCC s prfile in terms f degree cmpletin cmpared t ther CUNY clleges. We established a call center that resulted in a 3% increase in retentin rates, leading t the cllege meeting its retentin target fr the first time in several years. Als, the first Reverse Transfer prgram was established and has becme a mdel fr ther CUNY Cmmunity Clleges. My prfessinal career demnstrates my ability t lead very large, cmplex rganizatins cgnizant f diverse stakehlders. My leadership apprach encurages brad participatin f varied perspectives centered n facilitating institutinal imprvements and innvative practices. Integrating the views f thse tasked with implementing change is critical t develping effective, efficient strategies, prgrams, plicies, and evaluatin prtcls against explicated utcmes. Experience dictates that frequent discussins n student learning utcmes strengthen investment and buy-in frm lcal cmmunities.
