13 The United States Barista Championship Official USA Licensed National Body for the World Barista Championship Thousands of Attendees and digital viewers flock to watch as competing baristas move through a maze of judges and media photographers, maintaining composure while preparing and serving 12 coffee beverages-one espresso, one cappuccino, and one signature drink of their own creation, for each of the four sensory judges in the space of 15 minutes.
