We encourage you to take advantage of the various and LOW Cost options we ve made available to you to promote your participation. Promote your Participation - Get Rewarded! Banner Ads We are rewarding our exhibitors for promoting the NFPA Conference & Expo on their website and in targeted blasts. Unique URLs have been created for each exhibitor, which will track the number of visitors that register for the event from their marketing efforts. Contact your Account Executive to obtain your unique URL. How it works: Link your unique URL to a banner ad on your web site and/or a banner ad on a targeted blast to your customers/prospects. By utilizing these marketing opportunities, exhibitors are able to receive additional bonus points towards onsite space selection for C&E Each opportunity enables exhibitors to receive ONE additional point, giving them a chance to receive TWO additional points towards onsite space selection for C&E Exhibitors will need to send a screen shot of their website and/or a copy of the to Event Management, in order to receive their additional points. ROC-NFPA, LLC encourages exhibitors to make the most out of their time at the event and offers the opportunity to use meeting space at C&E at no additional cost. The networking function and hours must be approved by ROC-NFPA, LLC before it is submitted to the hotel/venue of your choice. The hours must not interfere with the exposition hours or conference activities. For $2,800 you will receive all four panels of a unit and we will feature your company logo on the display header. General Session Investment: $20,000 An engaging general session will be held on Monday, June 22. The general session agenda includes a welcome from the NFPA Board of Directors, Chair s Remarks, President s Report, Nominating Committee Report, Awards, and a special presentation by an entertainer or keynote speaker. A pre-general session will be sent out to all registered attendees inviting them to the general session, your company logo will be placed on jumbo screens during the general session and you will be acknowledged during the introduction of the entertainer or keynote speaker.
