1 INTRODUCTION The 2012 EACA- TSEA RED DIAMOND CONGRESS (RDC) is a unique summit that will bring together all of the major players from the exhibit marketing industry to engage in thought leadership, best practice exchanges and education aligned with business and marketing metrics and strategy. SPONSORSHIP OPPORUNITIES The tremendous excitement surrounding the first EACA- TSEA Red Diamond Congress (the new association name will be revealed at the first day of the RDC) will encourage industry suppliers to be represented at the event. 2 SPONSORSHIP INVITATION RDC 2012 has been designed as a sponsor relationship building and lead generation opportunity from the ground up. Each education and networking program is designed to facilitate face- to- face collaboration and consultative selling. Each session and event offers a limited number of sponsorships to companies that want to take a leadership role in the exhibit and trade show marketing industry. 8 SOCIAL MEDIA SPONSOR PACKAGES SOCIAL MEDIA MESSAGING Social Media Messaging During the Congress, EACA will provide the following social media messaging services for the Social Media Messaging Sponsor starting six weeks before the Congress and during the Congress itself: Cost: $2,500 One Facebook post per week associated with the sponsor(s) leading up to the Congress and one Facebook post during the Congress 1 tweet per day associated with the sponsor(s) leading up to the Congress and 3 tweets per day during the Congress 1 LinkedIn Group post per week (by a Group administrator) associated with the sponsor(s) leading up to the Congress and one LinkedIn Group post during the Congress Any newsletter follow- up or blog recap created by the TSEA following the Congress that mentions the sponsors will also be sent out via Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn SOCIAL MEDIA LOUNGE DESCRIPTION: A social media "lounge" will be created in the primary meeting space at RDC that provides couches, chairs, plenty of outlets, refreshments, a Twitter Wall, and can all be branded by the sponsor. This is an area where people can plug in their laptops and send out s, charge their phones, take a break, and the lounge would prominently showcase the sponsor's logos and colors, and it would be called the "{Sponsor Name} Lounge" on all marketing materials and at the Congress itself: Cost: $7,500 TWITTER WALL DESCRIPTION: There will be three (3) Twitter Walls located in key areas of RDC including the Registration area, the primary General Sessions meeting space, and the breakfast and luncheon space.
