1 JOB SCRIPTION Job Title: Membership Sales Advisor Location: Trilogy Fitness Clubs Grade: SCP 17 Salary: 17,327 per annum 8.33 per hour Allowances: N / A Responsible to: Business evelopment Manager JOB PURPOS To manage, develop and implement strategies and action plans that will generate sales within the service. To maximise sales, develop retention techniques, track members and co-ordinate frequent written and verbal communication with customers. Manage the administration of all sales paperwork and membership sales process within Trilogy Health & Fitness & Leisure activities. evelop sales initiatives and promote all aspects of the direct debit memberships, across multiple locations and venues. KY RSULT ARAS Sale of Leisure / Trilogy Memberships Retention of current & new membership base POPL AN RSOURCS The jobholder is responsible for the following people and resources: Trilogy / Leisure Customers JOB MANS Communicate the sales process and ensure effective sales through training and customer delivery

2 To provide advice, support and guidance as necessary to ensure sales targets are achieved nsure active and effective measurement of all sales and administration of all membership paperwork To provide continued training to all sales staff based on the membership Sales Process Provide leadership and motivate staff throughout the club ensuring there is a strong and positive focus on achieving sales targets Maintain strong links with the Business evelopment Manager To implement effective sales activity and appropriate follow up action To identify new business opportunities and initiatives where appropriate and discuss with Business evelopment Manager To have full working knowledge of SCUBA software systems and use SCUBA to gain sales information and market research information on all leisure customers Communicate with customers on a regular basis keeping them up to date with membership incentives, sales information and for tracking From time to time plan and develop membership incentives for new and existing customers Manage retention of all direct debit customers Achieve sales targets and goals as discussed by Business Manager To undertake any other duties commensurate with the position as designated by the line manager Manage booking of show rounds, lead customer show rounds and deliver sales approach to customers In carrying out the duties of the post, you must have regard to the Trust Customer Service Policy and Guidelines N:\Leisure Trust SMT\HR\Job escriptions\j Membership Sales Advisor.doc Page 2 of 5
