This year s conference will be held August 2-6, 2015 at the Hilton Branson Convention Center, Branson, Missouri. This is your opportunity to showcase your business to Missouri Sheriffs and their staff. 5 VENDOR DETAILS REGISTRATION: The deadline for registration to be received by the Missouri Sheriffs Association is July 10, After that date you must call to confirm space availability. No refunds for cancellations within 10 business days of the event. You may register online at. Please contact Karen with any questions: Office: , ext. 100, Cell , Fax , Room reservations may also be made by calling the Hilton Branson at REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES: The $550 registration fee includes one 8 x 10 booth space with pipe and drape, 8 table with skirting; two chairs, a wastebasket and an exhibitor ID sign. Up to three company representatives may attend. Additional representatives may be added at $25 each. Lodging is not included in the registration fee. NON PROFIT REGISTRATION: Non-profit companies may purchase a booth space for $150, or a table only for $75. Up to two company representatives may attend. Additional representatives may be added at $25 each. Lodging is not included in the registration fee. DEPOSIT: A $150 non-refundable deposit is required with your registration. This will go toward the $550 registration fee; you may also choose to pay the entire $550 fee when registration is submitted. $400 will be refunded for cancellations up to 10 business days prior to the event. SERVICE PACKET/ELECTRICITY: Electricity and WiFi service are not included in registration. Order at and link on service kit and type MOSHERIFFS2015. ROOM RATE: Exhibitors must arrange for their own hotel reservations, as they are not included in the fee. Hilton rate is $141 + applicable taxes. (Hotel will extend room rate 3 days before and after conference.) Make your hotel reservations by July 10, 2015 to be assured of receiving the MSA conference rate. Guest room check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out is 12:00 p.m. SET-UP/REGISTRATION: Available time for vendor setup is Sunday, August 2nd from 8:00 a.m. to noon. EXHIBITS OPEN: Vendor exhibits will be open Sunday, August 2nd from 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. with the Vendor Appreciation Reception in the exhibit area from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. PASSPORT: Sheriffs will receive a card listing all companies contributing $50 to the Passport Program. The sheriff must have one representative of each participating company initial his card. Completed cards will be entered into a drawing, which will be held during the Vendor Appreciation Reception. This program is intended to bring all sheriffs to your booth. HOSPITALITY ROOM: A hospitality room will be open during non-training hours. We are requesting that vendors do not open independent hospitality rooms without permission from the Missouri Sheriffs Association. Please note: the hospitality room sponsorship for the MSA 2015 Summer Conference has already been covered. DOOR PRIZES: We encourage vendors to bring a door prize to be awarded during the Vendor Appreciation Reception.
