2 December 1, 2006 Dear Supplier, It is with great pleasure that we announce the CAND s second biennial conference: Health Fusion Health Fusion is a multi-disciplinary collaborative conference for the promotion and sharing of naturopathic medicine, its history, modalities and treatments. Our 2007 conference will focus on naturopathic approaches to infectious diseases, healthy aging, research and the energetics of health and disease. Health Fusion 2007 will take place at the historic Westin Nova Scotian Hotel, overlooking the beautiful Halifax harbour and port, June 22 nd to 24 th 2007 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. 4 Exhibitor Opportunities Exhibit Dates and Hours CAND Health Fusion 2007 will take place on June 22, 23, 24, 2007 at the Westin Nova Scotian Hotel in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The trade show will run June 22 and 23, The venue accommodates up to 50 exhibitors with a total exhibit area of over 7,000 square feet. A floor plan and complete information regarding location, setup, teardown & exhibitor guidelines will be forwarded to exhibitors early in Exhibit dates and hours for Health Fusion 2007 are as follows: Friday, June 22, 2007 Saturday, June 23, :00 AM to 6:00 PM 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Exhibitor Set-Up Thursday, June 21, 2007, 8:00 pm, onwards. Setup must be complete by 7:30 am Friday, June 22, Exhibit Booths Booths will be 8 x 10 with a few double booths. Each booth includes an 8 drapery backwall, a 3 drapery sidewall, an 8 skirted table and 2 chairs. Electrical, telephone and audio / visual services are not included in the fee and must be arranged by the Exhibitor through the conference planner (details to follow at a later date). Each booth registration includes Friday and Saturday lunch tickets for two staff. If you wish to have additional staff at your booth there will be a fee of $50.00 for each additional person per day. Exhibit Space Assignment Applications for exhibit space must be made on the Application and Contract for Exhibit Space form. Faxed applications will be accepted to reserve a booth space. Booth space will be assigned on a first come first served basis and will take place in early 2007 when a complete floor plan is available. Booth assignment will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. A floor plan and complete information regarding setup, teardown and exhibitor guidelines will be forwarded to exhibitors early in The CAND reserves the absolute right to determine assignment of space. Subletting of exhibit space is NOT permitted.
