16 FEEDBACK DISCUSSION: There was value in this exercise; we need t knw what we re ding; Difference between targets and indicatrs targets give a number/percentage t aim fr, while indicatrs just shw what yu will be measuring (EG Indicatr: Number f yuth wh are self emplyed; Target: By 2014, 50% mre yuth will be self emplyed in the Sngea District) It is easier t make changes nw but it is mre difficult t deal with in practice the thery seems easy but cmplex in reality; therefre we must give urselves time t think deeply!
