LATE WORK PASSES: If you need to stay past 6:00PM on any of the set-up days, please see a representative at the Main Arata Service Desk. COMPLIMENTARY WATER FOR EXHIBITORS DURING SET-UP: ASIS will provide complimentary water during set-up hours for the exhibitors. Complimentary water will be located at Exhibitor Lounge #3283, back of 3200 aisle. TEMPORARY SET-UP AND TEAR DOWN WRISTBANDS: Security check points will be located at the Hall C entrance and B/C arcade on the dockside. If you do not have an exhibitor badge, you must stop by a security check point to receive a wristband; a wristband will permit you to access the Exhibit Hall. A photo ID is required. PLEASE NOTE: Wristbands are only good for set-up and tear-down days and will not work after 9AM on. At each of the hotels, drop-off and pick-up locations will vary; please ask a hotel representative for specifics. For detailed information, please see pages SHUTTLE BUS PASS REQUIREMENTS Attendees and exhibitors who would like to ride on the shuttle buses must have a bus pass, with the exception of Sunday. Bus passes may be picked up with badges. PLEASE NOTE: If you did not make hotel reservations through the ASIS Housing Bureau, you will need to purchase a bus pass. Bus passes will be sold for $50 (for 4 days) or $25 Wednesday. Additionally, if two exhibitors are sharing one room, there must be two names listed on the room in order for two passed to be printed. PERSONAL DEVICES: Personal cameras and recording devices are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall or in Seminar session rooms without permission from an ASIS Public Relations representative. Camera passes may be requested in advance by contacting ASIS PR or on-site in the Press Room. All passes will be distributed from the Press Room. PRESS CONFERENCES: Exhibitors may schedule a press conference every hour on the hour from 9:00AM 3:00PM, through. A podium, microphone, LCD projector, screen, and chairs will all be provided courtesy of ASIS. Set-up will begin 15-minutes prior to the scheduled time. PLEASE NOTE: Due to timing, impromptu press conferences will not be announced, nor promoted in any fashion in show media or signage.
