2 WHO WE ARE The American Diabetes Association is the nation s leading non-profit health organization providing diabetes research, information and advocacy. Our worldwide professional membership of nearly 17,000 health care professionals recognizes the Association as the authoritative provider of continuing education in the field of diabetes treatment and care, both domestically and abroad. ADA S CLINICAL CONFERENCE No other diabetes meeting compares to the number and variety of attendees that the American Diabetes Association attracts. With its multidisciplinary focus, the education offered at the ADA s Clinical Conference draws attendees from across the health care spectrum, and from across the nation. As one of the nation s premier clinical diabetes meetings, attendees come to hear cutting-edge research translated into clinical practice. The Clinical Conference is the source for leading-edge treatment updates and their clinical practice implications. What brings attendees to this Clinical Conference year after year? 3 Promotional and Marketing Opportunities The 31 st Annual Clinical Conference provides a variety of exciting marketing and sponsorship opportunities. Examples include sponsoring the networking reception, coffee breaks, and participating in a hotel room-drop. These are excellent, cost-effective ways for greater exposure for your company. ON-LINE MARKETING Your participation as a sponsor or exhibitor includes a complimentary online presence on the 31 st Annual Clinical Conference website. Beginning one month prior to the exhibition and continuing for one month after, your company s booth listing and product description will be featured on professional.diabetes.org/cc, where it will be viewed by meeting attendees and interested medical professionals. ADA actively drives traffic to this site through its own and print promotions. In addition, there is the opportunity to add a link from your company s website to the American Diabetes Association s Clinical Conference site. TELL PEOPLE WHERE TO FIND YOU! Promote ADA s Clinical Conference to everyone on your own mailing lists, and augment your lists with ours. Your best customers are the best prospects for this event. A final listing of the 31 st Annual Clinical Conference attendees will also be available for purchase approximately 2 weeks after the conclusion of the event. A post-show mailing is a great way to follow up with the important leads you generate at the meeting. [Please note: Approval is required for all materials and literature included in your mailings when using the preregistration and/or post-show lists. These mailing lists are only available to exhibiting companies.] EXHIBIT HALL REFRESHMENT BREAKS Refreshment breaks will be scheduled on Friday and Saturday morning in the Exhibit Hall, where companies can get extra exposure to these thirsty prospects. 4 BREAKFAST SPOSORSHIP Breakfast and lunch sponsors are always among our most popular corporate supporters! Opportunities to sponsor breakfast are available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and lunch on Friday and Saturday. Meals provided will be healthy, nutritious and delicious! HOSPITALITY SUITES If you need a suite for hospitality and networking activities, the request must be submitted in writing to Pauline Lowe. Hospitality Suites are only available to exhibitors and may only be utilized during non program hours. The exhibiting company is responsible for all room and catering charges. All food and beverage must be ordered through convention services at the Sawgrass Marriott. Hospitality times will be promoted in the final program, and complimentary bag insert of sponsor invitation (must be approved in advance). Sponsorship fee: $15,000, includes 10 X 10 in-line booth HOTEL KEY CARDS Gain recognition for the full four days of the Conference by being the exclusive sponsor of the hotel room key cards. The sponsor can display a product logo on the attendee s hotel room keys at the host hotel. Customized production of 1,000 hotel cards included. Exclusive - Sponsorship fee: $15,000, includes 10 X 10 premium, in-line booth Wi-Fi/RE-CHARGE LOUNGE ADA will place a Wi-Fi/Re-Charge Lounge in the Exhibit Hall. The lounge will feature seating, table, electrical outlets, and free Wi-Fi connectivity for attendees. These comfortable lounges give attendees the chance to rest and re-charge their devices, all while spending time with your message. Exclusive - Sponsorship fee: $15,000, includes 10 X 10 in-line booth REGISTRATION BAG INSERTS Reach all attendees with your message through an insert in the Clinical Conference registration bag. All 600+ attendees (approximate) receive a bag containing pertinent information about the course, which is used to carry around their conference materials. Limit: no heavier than 3oz. and no larger than 8 ½ X 11 inches. Call to discuss options for other sizes or products. Bag Insert Fee: $1,500 for companies not exhibiting, $1,000 for confirmed sponsors and exhibitors.

5 CORPORATE SPONSORED SYMPOSIA & PRODUCT THEATERS Corporate Sponsored Symposia are defined as live or electronic professional educational symposia. Symposia can be conducted immediately before, during, or after the American Diabetes Association s Clinical Conference. Corporate Sponsored Symposia are not part of the actual educational program. All symposia occurring during the meeting dates must occur prior to or after each day s scheduled program. Corporate Sponsored Symposia cannot oppose the ADA program. Symposia may be conducted by a proprietary corporation or its representative. Product theaters are an ideal opportunity for exhibiting companies to showcase new products and treatment options through promotional presentations. Reach up to 250 attendees in pre-scheduled, advertised sessions during the Clinical Conference. Several times, including breakfast and lunch opportunities, is available May 26-29, 2016, including options for unopposed events. Benefits: An opportunity to provide a complementary educational activity to targeted individuals. Symposia promoted on the Clinical Conference website, professional.diabetes.org/cc, with a hyperlink to your company homepage. Symposia promoted in 45,000 program promotional brochures. Note: Promotion in the program brochure will only be available for symposia confirmed before December 31, Symposia promoted in blast to all registered attendees. Free one-time use of mailing labels for pre-registered attendees (available after May 1, 2016). ADA must review and approve all pieces prior to mailing. Bag Insert fee waived for one piece promoting the symposia, product theater or event. Two complimentary registrations for company staff to attend the course. Signage (meter board prepared by ADA promoting all corporate events). Sponsorship fee: $25,000 for unopposed time slots. Includes 10 X 10 booth, which may be upgraded for an additional charge. 6 Exhibiting at ADA s Clinical Conference Exhibiting at ADA s Clinical Conference gives your company a tried and true method to increase people s awareness of your company and its products and services. Every year ADA implements traffic building ideas suggested by our exhibitors. Now more than ever, with stricter PhRMA and AdvaMed codes limiting the points of contact with attendees, the Association is working with exhibitors to utilize every possible traffic building generator. All breaks and continental breakfasts and reception will be in the exhibit hall. Earlier closing on Saturday! We will close earlier on the final day of the exhibition to provide savings to exhibitors with straight-time labor rates, hotel and F&B expenses, and to allow sales reps to enjoy more of their weekend. Special Recruiter Booth Package Select a booth anywhere on the exhibit floor and pay one price for everything! Just bring yourself and your literature/pop-up displays and you ll have plenty of opportunity to fill your staffing and recruiting needs.
