2 VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. Regular Meeting ~ November 14, 2016 VII. FINANCIAL REPORT A. The Superintendent and Treasurer recommend the Board of Education approve the financial report and payment of bills as presented by the Treasurer. B. The Superintendent and Treasurer recommend the Board of Education approve the following changes to the FY17 permanent appropriations: Fund Stem Grant $1, new allocation C. The Superintendent and Treasurer recommend the Board of Education approve the following donation: Traveling Classrooms to Green Middle School $1, D. The Superintendent and Treasurer recommend the Board of Education approve the three (3) year lease with Williams Scotsman for the Modular Classroom at Green Intermediate School for $ per month paid from the Permanent Improvement Fund. This is a savings of $ per month over the life of the lease agreement. R e g u l a r M e e t i n g o f D e c e m b e r 1 2, 2016 Page 2

3 VIII. E. The Superintendent and Treasurer recommend the Board of Education approve the Treasurer to open a Star Ohio and Star Ohio Plus account for investment purposes, through the State Treasurer of Ohio. NEW BUSINESS A. CONSENT CALENDAR NOTE: Items under the consent calendar are considered routine and will be enacted under one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items prior to the time the Board votes, unless a Board Member requests an item be clarified or even removed from the consent calendar for separate action. PERSONNEL The employment of all new employees, both certified and classified personnel, is subject to receipt of file requirements. All new employment will be in accordance with board approved rates and salary schedules. The Superintendent and Treasurer recommend the following action: 1. Certified Personnel ~ FMLA a. The Superintendent and Treasurer recommend the Board of Education approve the Crescendo, Green Choral Boosters, as a district support organization, and authorizes Crescendo to receive coverage under the district s liability insurance program. The Superintendent and Treasurer recommend the Board of Education approve the termination of the contract for cause with Holloway Seating, LLC in the amount of $74, for permanent bleacher seating at the Freshman/Middle School Football Field. The Superintendent and Treasurer also recommend the Board approve payment to subcontractor, Sable Asphalt Maintenance in the amount of $24,698.79, for work completed on August 16, D. The Superintendent and Treasurer recommend the Board of Education approve the solicitation of bids to finish the permanent bleacher seating project at the Freshman/Middle School Football Field. IX.
