2 WHO IS THE INTERNATIONAL EROSION CONTROL ASSOCIATION The International Erosion Control Association (IECA) is a non-profit, member organisation that provides education, resource information and business opportunities for professionals in the erosion and sediment control industry. Our 3,000 members represent over 40 countries and 17 fields of professional practice. IECAs diverse membership supplies a unique network of specialists who are capable of solving a broad range of problems caused by soil erosion and its by-product sediment. IECA aims to connect, educate and develop the worldwide erosion and sediment control community by enhancing professional knowledge through technical information exchange, facilitation of research opportunities and encouraging diversity in professional development. ABOUT NEW ZEALAND INSTITUTE OF HIGHWAY TECHNOLOGY "Setting the standard" for training in the civil engineering industry. The NZ Institute of Highway Technology places a strong emphasis in providing quality programmes based on industry needs. Its network of independent consultants who are experts in their respective fields, ensures courses reflect current industry practice and incorporate latest advances in technology. The NZ Institute of Highway Technology is one of the largest providers of civil engineering, technical and skills training in New Zealand IECA & NZIHT EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL CONFERENCE IECA and NZIHT hold this Conference every two years to bring their members, industry practitioners and stakeholders together in New Zealand, to share best practices to help address current issues within the erosion and sediment control industry through presentations by industry experts. It is the aim of this Conference to provide delegates with the opportunity to network and share their ideas and experiences, in order to address current challenges in our industry. The theme for this year s conference is Collaborate, Innovate, Motivate, Participate The Conference will be hosted by the Australasian Chapter of the International Erosion Control Association (IECA), and the New Zealand Institute of Highway Technology (NZIHT) and will begin Wednesday 31 st August and run through to Friday 2 nd September The Conference and Exhibition will be held at Rydges, Auckland, New Zealand. The Exhibition will be conducted on Thursday 1 st and 2 nd September. We would like to invite your organisation to participate as a sponsor or exhibitor at the conference to be held in Auckland in 2016.

6 Conference Satchel Insert Only $ gst Inclusion of promotional flyer/collateral item in the Conference Satchel (1 piece, supplied by your organisation). If you provide more than one document you will be charged for subsequent inserts. Conference Satchel Inserts include but are not limited to; promotional merchandise, printed material, branded confectionary etc. Bronze Supporters will also have their Company name logo and web link included on the Official Conference Website and will receive a full delegate listing at the conclusion of the Conference (only delegates who wish to have their details shared). Note: If you choose to provide a number of flyers / documents in a sleeve or document holder, this will be considered as one (1) insert only. However, should you provide us with a number of flyers/documents not packaged together, you will be charged for each item being put into the satchel. Printed advertisements (can be single or double sided) are to be supplied printed at A4 size for inserting and binding into the A4 conference handbook. The Exhibition will be held in the pre function space at the Rydges Auckland. All breaks, including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be held in the pre function space. Your participation as an Exhibitor will ensure you have access to the people with buying power within your target market. NB: Should the number of delegates exceed expectations, it may be necessary to have lunch in a different location. Should this occur, tea, coffee and dessert will be served in the Trade Exhibition area. Exhibition Open Dates/Times The Trade Exhibition will open from 8.30am on Thursday 1 st September and will close at 3.30pm on Friday 2nd September. Exhibitors will have access to the venue to set up their exhibition booths on Wednesday 31 st August.
