OKMGMA Oklahoma Medical Group Management Association is the leading association in the state of Oklahoma that is dedicated to providing educational opportunities to promote professionalism and improve the quality of healthcare to the patients and communities we serve. OKMGMA has more than 260 members and represents more than 1,800 physician practices throughout Oklahoma. These practice types include: academic, hospital, single- and multispecialty practices, and private practices. Our membership is quite diverse. The annual educational conference: This year s conference will be held at the Skirvin Hilton in Oklahoma City, OK. You will have the opportunity to network with management professionals who are instrumental in purchasing and implementing major equipment and services into their practices. Many of our members anticipate this annual conference to stay abreast of new products, services, and equipment availability in their field. The OKMGMA s Annual Educational Conference features nationally recognized speakers covering relevant healthcare management topics, including: Coding, Financial Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Personal and Professional Development and Practice Management. The venue: Skirvin Hilton, Oklahoma City, OK The Skirvin Hilton is an elegant and historic building adjacent to the Cox Convention Center. Near the Bricktown Entertainment District, the hotel is a short walk to many local attractions. Noted as one of the Historic Hotels of America, it has now been architecturally restored to ensure the building remains a grand landmark in the city. 5 Business Partner Opportunities Basic booth space and attending representatives All exhibitors attending the conference receive the following: 6 skirted table, chairs and wastebasket in the exhibitor area. Participation in all educational sessions, breaks, lunches and receptions (number of reps depends on level). Company listing in conference proceedings. Option to participate in exhibitor drawing Thursday reception exhibit or drawing your choice On Thursday during the Welcome Reception from 6:00-7:00 p.m., exhibitors are invited to raffle off an item of their choice! Exhibitors will collect business cards from attendees as they visit their booths. During the reception, exhibitors will have the opportunity to draw from their own collection of cards to raffle off an exciting prize of their choice. Business partner membership A Business Partner Membership is for those whose organization is actively engaged in supporting medical groups and healthcare organizations to perform their duties through the provision of support functions, services or supplies. A Standard Business Partner Membership entitles the Business Partner access to the website and provides the same membership opportunities and benefits as our Practice Manager Members. A Deluxe Business Partner Membership entitles the Business Partner the same benefits as a Standard Membership plus attendance to the monthly luncheons for one of OKMGMA s Chapters. Booth at chapter luncheon The OKMGMA is divided into two regional chapters: Eastern (Tulsa) & Oklahoma City. Each member chooses his or her chapter upon becoming a member. Chapters hold regular networking luncheons, which members can attend for a small fee. Rural members of the Oklahoma City Chapter (OKCMGMA) can also visit a site to participate in the monthly luncheons virtually. Exhibitors have the option of sponsoring a luncheon. Sponsors can set up a booth, distribute marketing materials, welcome attendees and introduce speakers. Mailing lists Each Business Partner will receive a full conference attendee mailing list in Excel format for one-time use prior to the conference. Gold Business Partners will receive a full membership mailing list in Excel format for one-time use. Website ad Business Partners can place an ad on the OKMGMA s website, which will be visible on the right side of the page. The ads will rotate as people navigate through the pages of the website or when a page is refreshed. The specifications for the ad are 200 pixels wide x 350 pixels high, minimum 100 dpi and must be in.jpg format. Ads received in the wrong format or with the wrong size specifications will NOT be posted. Buyer s guide listing Again this year the OKMGMA will produce, print and mail a full-length Buyer s Guide to inform our members of the terrific services and products available to them through their membership. All Business Partners will receive a basic listing in the guide, to be mailed in September A basic listing includes: company name; contact name and information; website; and a 75-word company description. You can upgrade your listing to include a logo, advertisement and more. More information regarding this will be released in June

6 Additional Conference Opportunities Maximize your annual educational conference experience by adding on one or more of the great sponsorship opportunities below. We are also willing to work with you on a custom sponsorship to help you get the most out of the conference. Keynote speaker - $1,000 Receive signage outside the entrance of the room and introduce the meeting s keynote speaker. Your logo will also be displayed on the screen prior to the session. Sponsor will receive recognition in conference brochure if confirmed before brochure goes to print. Breakout speaker - $500 Receive signage outside the entrance of the room and introduce one of the meeting s non-keynote speakers. Sponsor will receive recognition in conference brochure if confirmed before brochure goes to print. Conference brochure - $1,000 Sponsor our conference brochure! Sponsorship will entitle you to an exclusive full-page black and white ad in our brochure, which is mailed to nearly 700 prospective attendees. Conference bags/totes $800 Conference bags/totes with your logo and the OKMGMA logo will be distributed to each attendee. Pens $450 Pens with your company logo and the OKMGMA logo will be included in attendee conference bags. Badge holders/lanyards $300 Your company s logo will be prominently displayed on the badge holders given to all attendees at check-in. Conference bag/tote insert $100 Include a promotional insert in the conference bags/totes distributed to all attendees. Continental breakfast $850 Sponsor breakfast Thursday or Friday morning and receive signage on all tables and the buffet. Refreshment or dessert break $700 Sponsor a morning refreshment break or an afternoon dessert break and receive signage on all tables and the buffet. Lunch $1,000 Sponsor lunch Thursday or Friday and receive signage outside the entrance of the room and on all tables as well as the opportunity to greet attendees and give a 3-minute elevator speech at the beginning of lunch. Thursday welcome reception $2,500 Your company will receive signage outside the entrance of the room, a banner hung inside the room, your logo on complimentary drink tickets and the opportunity to greet attendees and give a 3 minute elevator speech during the reception. Complete your application online ALL OKMGMA Business Partner applications will be completed online via a secure form. You will have the option to send a check or pay online with a credit card. No payment info is required at the time of registration but must be paid in full prior to the conference. Submit by Jan. 15, 2016, for inclusion in our conference brochure! 6

7 Year-round Sponsorship Opportunities In addition to what you receive with your Business Partner level, consider adding some additional year-round advertising opportunities to create the ultimate customized marketing plan suited best for your company. Dedicated eblast* $300 You send us your content and we ll work with you to put together an that will go out to our entire distribution list. OKMGMA Office will provide additional details. Membership mailing list* $350 Gold Business Partners receive one full membership mailing list, but Silver and Bronze Business Partners may purchase a mailing list in Excel format for one-time use as well. New & prospective member packets* $500 Your logo will be displayed on the front cover of our New & Prospective Member Packets. You can also provide us with your own informational insert to include. Packets are distributed throughout the year and include information about the organization. Buyer s guide ad $150 Enhance your Buyer s Guide experience with a half-page ad. The Buyer s Guide will be printed and mailed to all OKMGMA members in July. All Business Partners receive a basic listing, but purchasing an ad gives you even more flexibility to show off your company s products and services.
