In addition, outstanding payments/invoices not made within the calendar year the advertisement was placed will incur a six percent (6%) late fee applied to all outstanding balances. TriStar reserves the right to prohibit advertising if an account is past due 90 days. 9. TriStar reserves the right to cancel any publication or service in the event of revenue short falls.
