Each thumbnail space measures 4 x 2 (exhibitors may purchase up to 4 spaces an additional cost of $950 per 4 x 2 insertion). The Final Program/Exhibit Guide is the printed program distributed to all DAC attendees on-site to find exhibitors they wish to visit and as a reference throughout the year. Cost: $2,500 Map Guide Insert offers one premium position (outside back cover) available for $5,000. Final Program/Exhibit Guide offers one premium position (inside back cover) available for $3,000. Web Banner Advertising Company banner ads on the DAC web site rotate throughout most pages of the site with the exception of the technical program pages. Dates run: February through June EXHIBIT FLOOR PROMOTIONS Carpet Logos As DAC attendees walk the show floor they ll see your logo printed on the show aisle carpet. Carpet logos are a great way to direct customers to your booth and reinforce your presence throughout the show floor. Cost: $2,800 per logo. Carpet overlays of company logos in the center cross aisles. Does not include production costs. Food Court/Power Station Sponsorship The exhibit floor food courts are very busy with impromptu meetings, attendees taking a quick break and checking . As attendees use the food court for the four show days they will have ample opportunity to be exposed to your logo and message from the napkins, to table tent cards, to banner graphics. They ll thank you too, for the power to charge tired laptop batteries! Cost: $8,000 per food court. Quantity: two. Includes table tent cards, company logo on the Food Court banner, power connections at the tables, and rights to use branded food service items (cups, napkins.) Production costs for food service items are the responsibility of the sponsoring company. Badge Lanyards Each attendee (conference and exhibit-only) will be given a lanyard at registration. This is a great way to boost your exposure throughout the event. 3 Lobby Banners Gain immediate visibility as attendees access the exhibit entrances by purchasing rights to place a banner in the convention center lobby areas. Banners vary in size and locations are available on a first-come, first served basis. Announce a new product, direct attendees to your booth and reinforce your brand and show presence. Cost: $5,000. Wireless Internet Access Co-Sponsorship DAC is lighting up the entire convention center with wireless internet access as a complimentary service to attendees. Sponsorships are available to host this service in the convention center. The sponsorship includes a rotating splash page each time an attendee opens a browser at the beginning of an internet session, signage in each hotspot, and recognition in an e-newsletter just prior to the conference. Wireless internet access has become an invaluable service at DAC and is an excellent opportunity to gain visibility both on and off the exhibit floor. Cost: $5,000. Non-exclusive up to six participating exhibitors WWINDA (Workshop for Women in Design Automation) Student Sponsorship Sponsor a student to attend the Women s Workshop and or the Full Conference. The sponsorship program enables EDA companies who sponsor a student attend the workshop as well as join representatives from your company to get a first hand look at your booth, attend technical conference sessions, with a student full conference registration, and get a behind the scenes look at the leading edge of our industry. Sponsor companies would be expected to cover the student s workshop fee and the additional conference registration fee if the student would like to attend the DAC technical sessions. Finally, any travel costs associated with the student s DAC attendance (hotel, airline, food per diem) would also need to be covered. To gain maximum benefit of this program, we encourage sponsor companies to assign mentors to spend time with the students at the show. Exhibitor Announcement Service at DAC Make daily announcements at the conference on the DAC home page. We have set aside a prominent area of the home page for Exhibitor Announcements and are inviting all exhibitors to post announcements of new products, drawings, special events and any other show related information you would like to pass on to the DAC attendees. Announcements are on a single line of text and limited to 65 characters including spaces. Participation is $300 per announcement per day of DAC you choose to run your announcement. Virtual DAC Web Booth The DAC web site is used as the primary reference tool by attendees in advance of DAC. The complimentary Virtual DAC web booths allow exhibitors to post logos, company descriptions, product descriptions, on-line presentations, company contacts and press releases/media kits. In addition, the site has become even more useful for attendees with improved search capabilities and an improved user interface to better match attendees with exhibitors by product categories. Complimentary Conference Registrations Each exhibitor receives a minimum of two free full-conference registrations that may be used either within your company or distributed to customers. These registrations represent a $600 value. Exhibitors receive ONE free full-conference registration for every 500 square feet of exhibit space. Each e-newsletter is focused on a specific issue in the EDA and design industry and relates to a major topic highlighted at DAC. The e-newsletters feature guest editorial and commentary by editors such as Clive (Max) Maxfield, Gabe Moretti and Peggy Aycinena along with DAC program information and technical highlights. Distribution goes to approximately 19,000 engineers, management, and researchers on the DAC distribution list.
