1 To All Prospective Exhibitors: George Mason University Police Department would like to welcome you to participate in the 11th Annual College and University Police and Investigators Conference (CUPIC) 2016 at the Fairview Park Marriott in Falls Church, Virginia. CUPIC 2016 was an outstanding year for attendance and vendor space sold out quickly. We would like to offer you the opportunity to reserve exhibitor space for the 11th Annual CUPIC Conference which will be held August 2 6, 2016 at the Fairview Park Marriott Hotel. Attached are the exhibition layout, sponsor opportunities and registration forms for CUPIC All exhibitors will be placed in a designated exposition area of the Fairview Park Marriott reception and foyer areas. There are a limited number of spaces available please consult the registration form for more information. This year we will be offering two levels of sponsorship, Gold and Silver, with several additional sponsorship opportunities available. Exhibitor set up will begin on August 1 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the designated exposition area of Fairview Park Marriott. Exhibitors will also have time to set up on the first morning of the conference, August 2 from 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM. Tables and table skirts will be provided. 3 Exhibitor Sponsorship Opportunities for CUPIC 2016 Sponsorship and print advertising opportunities are great ways to increase your branding at the 10th Annual College and University Police and Investigators Conference (CUPIC). Trade Show Bags $ Have your company logo displayed on the official briefcase bag handed out to all attendees at CUPIC. As attendees walk the floors, they will display your company logo for all to see. Logos will be combined up to 4 companies on one side of Trade Show Bag. Banner $ Take advantage of displaying your company logo in a 6 x 3 banner that will hang in the Grand Ballroom visible to all attendees. Coffee Break $ Have your company logo prominently displayed on the break tables during attendee breaks and announced at opening session. Exhibitor Presentation / Demonstration $ Have the opportunity to address the entire audience during lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday about your company s products and services for 10 minutes. Purchase a block of rooms at $114 per night for higher education law enforcement officers living more than 200 miles outside of the DC area. We will our listserv with a direct link to your company that gives the details on how to apply. This helps promote your business and helps those in need of assistance during budget cutbacks. Breakfast Vouchers $13.00 Give away breakfast vouchers to attendees that visit your booth. These vouchers cover the price of breakfast and will have your logo printed on the back of them. Includes taxes and service fees. Quarterly Newsletter Advertisement $99.00 Have your company s logo displayed on 4 issues (for 1 year) of our quarterly newsletter, viewed by over a thousand subscribers.
