With the conference scheduled only a few days after Earth Day, we are excited to share how each of us can improve our business practices to help preserve our world. As a Sponsor or exhibitor you can promote your products and services while networking with over 200 private and public sector attendees. To encourage attendee visitation to all exhibit hall displays, the exhibit hall is conveniently located adjacent to the session rooms and dining room. All breaks & Monday s luncheon dessert will be held in the Exhibit Hall. All sponsors at the Silver level or above will receive prominent logo placement in all conference promotional materials including placement in the Maine Townsman, Maine Chamber of Commerce and regional Council of Government newsletters and the conference brochure mailed to 2,600+ potential attendees. 3 Trade Show Exhibit Booths With only 38 exhibit booths available be sure to reserve your space early to guarantee your desired location! Don t be caught short when the Hall is a sell-out! The Exhibit Hall is conveniently located adjacent to the session rooms and dining room. All breaks, Monday s luncheon dessert and the Awards Reception are held in the Exhibit Hall. This provides attendees with significant time and opportunity to visit all the Exhibit Hall booths. For those vendors with larger equipment to display, limited outdoor space is available. Standard Booth $800 Add $100 if outdoor display space is requested. Outdoor space is very limited. First-time exhibitors are eligible for a 30% discount off the above rates. All booths are 10 x 8 and include a table, 2 chairs, drapes, a sign and one electrical outlet. One conference registration which includes all meals is provided with each paid booth. Additional meal packets, if needed, may be purchased separately. Exhibitors are encouraged to provide products or prizes for drawings in the Exhibit Hall. Program Advertising Advertising in the conference program is an excellent opportunity to promote your company to attendees during this event and afterwards. Not only is the program used during the conference, but attendees also keep the program for future reference.
