4 Invitation to Industry Dear All, It is our great pleasure to invite you to the 66 th ESCVS International Congress of the European Society for CardioVascular and EndoVascular Surgery which will be held from May 11 th to May 14 th, 2017, in Thessaloniki, Greece. The scientific program of the 66th Congress aims to provide participants with an interesting insight into the developments and innovations of the cardiac and vascular field. The congress will consist of established international scientists of great impact as well as reputable scientific societies from all over the world. The program will include the latest developments and innovations of the cardiac and vascular field by means of lectures, scientific sessions, educational workshops and joint sessions. The congress will host a wide range of sponsorship opportunities in order to support sponsors marketing aims and thus, we kindly ask you to include it in your budget estimate of sponsorship for next year. Please also note that the symposium will give the opportunity for the organization of several sponsored sessions included in the main program. At this point I would like to inform you that the annual international symposium LIVE - Leading Innovative Vascular Education will be also organized this year in the framework of ESCVS from May 11 to May with separate and joint sessions. 19 Important Information for Potential Sponsors Application for sponsorship For all the above mentioned sponsorship opportunities companies are kindly requested to express their interest by completing and sending the enclosed Sponsorship Booking Form to the Organization Secretariats until January 20 th, The Secretariat will send a written confirmation about sponsor s participation until February 15 th, For participation as sponsor with one of the sponsorship packages expression of interest must be sent the latest by the middle of December 2016 along with their suggestions of topics of their satellite lectures / symposium/workshop. Important Notes: Sponsorship arrangements will be made on a first-come first-served basis. Total sponsorship of each company will be also taken under consideration. Acknowledgements All sponsors will receive the following benefits: Sponsor s logo on website Acknowledgement in Sponsors List in the Final Programme Confirmation & Contracts - Terms of Payment Once a sponsorshiop Booking Form is received the Organizing Administrative Bureau upon approval of the organizers will send on February 15th 2017 the official confirmation along with the contract of the sponsorship. The following payment terms apply: 50% of total amount is due at the time of agreeing with the contract and the latest by March 15 th % of the total amount until 14 th July In general payments will only be made in Euro. 19

20 Cancellation/Modification Plolicy As soon as the contract has been received and approved, the partner is liable for all associated fees outlined in the contract. Cancellations must be made in writing to the organizing administrative bureau. Full cancellation free of charge must be made 5 months prior to the meeting and in writing. Full cancellation with 50% charge must be made 4 months prior to the meeting in writing. Thereafter, cancellation will be charged at 100%.
