6 Intrductin t Injazat Prject Management QMS Injazat prject managers use the Quality Management System (QMS) Methd Supprt framewrk t define prject definitin (OCE, SLC3, PM2, Estimating, etc prcess (PDP). This prcess defines the wrk management lifecycle (LCM) fr the prject. The PDP defines the Prcess Library Prcess Library GAD QMS cmmn prcesses and all their related activities. Fr each activity the PDP specifies the respnsibilities, inputs, Best Practice utputs, the standards t be fllwed, Repsitry (BPR) and the relevant prcess criteria that must be cmplied with. The cmmn prcesses in the PDP include Plan Prject Wrk, Execute Prject Plan and Manage Prject Suppliers. Prcess Library Functin and Prcess Library Functinal Supprt e.g. Change Management Cmpnent Reuse Repsitry Metrics Reference Library In additin and in rder t help the prject managers in managing the varius aspects f prject, Injazat used a web-based enterprise prject management tl (EPM) t track and reprt n prject schedule and resurce utilizatin. 7 Prject Management Methdlgy The QMS system cntains the Wrk Management Life Cycle Mdule (WMLC) which cmprises prcess definitins fr prject management. It prvides a tailring tl t select the set f activities that match the wrk t be perfrmed fr a specific prject. The WMLC Mdule cntains three cmmn prcesses that are used in prject lifecycle: Plan Prject Wrk, Execute Prject Plan and Manage Suppliers. Plan Prject Wrk The Plan Prject Wrk cmmn Prcess is used t establish the prject envirnment and t develp and maintain an apprpriate wrk plan that will be used as the basis fr assigning, mnitring and cntrlling all f the wrk required t deliver the slutin t the client's requirements. This prcess will als be used when re-planning is required.
8 Execute Prject Plan The Execute Prject Plan cmmn prcess is used t implement the apprved prject plan t manage all wrk necessary t deliver the slutin t the client's requirements. This prcess directs cntinuus cycles f evaluating prgress and ther prject factrs, taking necessary crrective actins, and ensuring that the prject meets its bjectives. Manage Suppliers The Manage Suppliers cmmn prcess is used t select and manage the perfrmance f enterprise grups utside f ur rganizatin r external rganizatins that prvide prject wrk prducts and services. This cmmn prcess is tailred ut if n suppliers wrk is needed. The QMS methdlgy includes the fllwing eight prject management functins: 1. Scpe Management

Financial Management QMS has been designed with a fcus n usability, scalability, and cnsideratin f industry standards. Apprpriate wrk elements (prcess steps r actins) and wrk prducts (prcess inputs and utputs) cntain cnditinal questins t enable individual prjects t be cnsistently custmized. QMS als enables prject teams t cmply with industry standards such as the Sftware Engineering Institute s (SEI) Capability Maturity Mdel Integrated (CMMI). QMS is Injazat s repeatable prject management apprach that enables prject teams t cnsistently and effectively engineer and cntrl prjects s that they meet client s requirements.
