Here is a list yu shuld make yur custmer aware f t ensure the custmer is able t seamlessly manage their accunt, and reduce traffic t ur call centres and retail lcatins. 4 Maintenance Plans expire when the usage maximum r expiry date is reached whichever cmes first Plans may ffer cnvenient Aut Refill s that they renew and charge the custmer s credit card at the end f each duratin perid lgin t rgers.cm at anytime t cancel Aut Refill if desired Custmers can review their usage and ther accunt infrmatin at anytime upn sign in t rgers.cm Changes t yur mnthly plan can nly be dne upn sign in rgers.cm and must use a Credit Card There is an inactivity grace perid f 180 days If the plan expires, des nt renew via Aut Refill, and a new plan is nt selected, the accunt will becme drmant. It will remain active fr up t 180 days. During that time, the custmer may chse a new plan, and will pay nly the regular plan cst After the 180 day grace perid, the accunt will be deactivated and the SIM will n lnger be usable (similar t ther prepaid prducts). In rder t start up again, the custmer wuld need t visit a Rgers Retail lcatin and purchase a new SIM A pre-prvisined SIM wuld be selected fr a prepaid Rcket stick plan. The custmer wuld pay fr the SIM and activate n-line again. N activatin fees apply. These SIM s will nt be sld separately at launch. A Regular SIM wuld be selected if they decide t g with a pst-paid plan and wuld be activated at Rgers Retail, Dealer, r participating Retailer via Sales Central. If a term was selected, the SIM wuld be $0 and the standard activatin fee applies. Inside the grace perid yu can re-activate a plan at any time with n fees, after the 180 days has passed in rder t reactivate yu wuld need t purchase a new SIM card at a nminal cst. Custmers will have ptins t manage their entire accunt at Rgers.cm, including changing their plan Hw can I switch t a different plan when my needs change? At Rgers we understand that yur needs can change frequently, and we encurage yu t take advantage f a plan change as required.
