1 Treasury Gateway Getting Started Guide Treasury Gateway is a premier single sign-n and security prtal which allws yu access t multiple services simultaneusly thrugh the same sessin, prvides cnvenient access t bank annuncements and cntact infrmatin, and ensures that yu can cnnect cnfidently t the bank thrugh ur multifactr authenticatin system. This Guide describes hw t enrll in Treasury Gateway. Lgin Prcedures Access Treasury Gateway by entering the site address in yur web brwser navigatin bx: Chse the Nt enrlled in Treasury Gateway? ptin t begin the enrllment prcess. A list f available services is displayed n the lefthand side f the screen. Select the first service yu wuld like t enrll and click Cntinue t prceed Califrnia Bank & Trust. Member FDIC. Page 1 f 7

2 Enter the user lgin infrmatin prvided by yur bank representative. The number f fields may vary, depending n the service. Click Cntinue t prceed. Upn successful entry f yur user lgin infrmatin, the newly enrlled service is listed n the right-hand side f the screen. Frm this page, yu can enrll additinal services t yur Treasury Gateway prfile. If yu have access t any f the ther services listed under Available Services, select the service and enter yur user lgin infrmatin. When yu have cmpleted enrlling services, click Cntinue t prceed. Tkens are required fr all users with mney mvement permissins. If yu d nt have a tken, click Cntinue t bypass the RSA SecurID Tken Enrllment page. (If yu receive a tken at a later time, it can be easily enrlled thrugh the cnvenient Treasury Gateway Maintenance features.) If yu have received a tken, enter the tken serial number. The serial number is fund n the infrmatin screen f the RSA SecurID Sftware Tken applicatin, r embssed n the back f the Hardware Tken device. Click Cntinue t prceed Califrnia Bank & Trust. 3 On the Accunt Setup screen, create a unique Treasury Gateway Username and prvide additinal prfile infrmatin. The fields marked with an asterisk are required. Yur Treasury Gateway Username can be any cmbinatin f letters r numbers, (minimum f 8 characters), but must be unique (n ther users can share the same name) and cannt cntain any special characters such as *, r %. It is nt case sensitive. Select and cnfirm yur Treasury Gateway passwrd (minimum f 6 characters). Yur passwrd must cntain bth a letter and a number, but cannt cntain yur username, first r last name, passwrd, r the fllwing characters - <, > r %. It is case sensitive. Prvide yur name, cmpany name, address and phne number. Yur address is used with the cnvenient Frgt Passwrd ptin t autmatically send yu a temprary passwrd if yu have frgtten yur passwrd. It may als be used by the bank t prvide imprtant cmmunicatin frm the bank n system enhancements r changes. Click Cntinue t prceed. Yu are next asked t chse and answer three Challenge Questins. When yu have answered all three questins, hit Cntinue t be presented with the Cnfirmatin page Califrnia Bank & Trust. Member FDIC. Page 3 f 7

4 Verify yur infrmatin. Chse Edit t make changes r Submit t save the infrmatin. The Username and passwrd yu just created are used t authenticate t Treasury Gateway, giving yu access t yur enrlled services. After successfully creating yur Treasury Gateway Username, the Treasury Gateway Lgin Page is displayed. Enter yur new credentials and click Lgin. During yur first Treasury Gateway lgin, yu may be asked ne f yur challenge questins r prmpted t enter yur 6-digit tkencde, if applicable. 5 Landing Page After entering yur unique Treasury Gateway Username and passwrd, and entering yur RSA SecurID tkencde, r crrectly answering yur Challenge Questin, the Treasury Gateway Landing Page is displayed. Simply click n any ne f yur enrlled services r chse ne f the Maintenance ptins t update yur Treasury Gateway prfile. Hw des Treasury Gateway wrk? When custmers visit ur branch ffices, they knw ur faces and we knw theirs. Treasury Gateway wrks in a similar manner but ver the Internet. It is an enhanced security measure t help identify us t ur custmers and prtect their funds frm fraudsters. By enrlling in Treasury Gateway, each user is able t access all f their n-line business services frm ne secure website using their single user ID, credential, and passwrd. Enrlling takes less than five minutes t cmplete. 3. Hw des Treasury Gateway benefit me? Treasury Gateway prvides: Answers t Frequently Asked Questins A single website and single lgin where yu can access yur n-line banking services; An extra layer f security by validating that yu are lgging n the Bank s fficial website rather than at a fraudulent lk-alike website, and verifying yur identity t help prevent unauthrized access t yur accunts; Access t bank cmmunicatins and infrmatin in ne place. 4. Can I access my business accunts thrugh Treasury Gateway frm multiple cmputers? Yes, yu can access yur business bank accunts frm any number f cmputers. 5. What if I frget my Treasury Gateway passwrd? Thrugh the cnvenient nline passwrd reset ptin, yu may request a temprary passwrd be sent t the address assciated with yur User ID. Upn successful lgn, yu will be prmpted t establish a new passwrd. 6. What is an RSA SecurID Tken? The RSA SecurID tken is a mechanism fr perfrming tw-factr authenticatin fr a user t a netwrk. The tken is either a physical device (hardware tken) r a virtual (sftware tken) prvided thrugh an applicatin dwnladed t a user s mbile device. The tken generates a randm 6-digit passcde (tkencde) every 60 secnds. This cde is knwn as a One Time Passwrd (OTP). 7 7. D the RSA SecurID tkens expire? Yes, bth the hard and sft tkens have expiratins dates, generally 5 years r less. The expiratin date is embssed n the back f the hard tken and displayed within the Infrmatin screen f the RSA SecurID Sftware Tken applicatin. 8. Which mbile devices are cmpatible with the RSA SecurID Sftware Tken applicatin? The bank currently supprts Apple and Andrid devices. The applicatins are ptimized fr phnes nly; they may be installed n tablets but will nt display crrectly fr the device. 9. Can I have a sftware tken if I dn t have an Apple r Andrid mbile device? N, but the bank will prvide yu with a hard tken device. 10. Des the RSA SecurID Sftware Tken supprt multiple tkens? Yes! The applicatin supprts up t 10 unique tkens and prvides the ability t name the cdes t make them easier t identify. 11. If I am already using the RSA SecurID Sftware Tken applicatin n my Apple r Andrid device with a tken frm anther financial institutin, may I add the new sftware tken t it? Abslutely, as lng as yu have less than 10 tkens, the maximum allwed by the applicatin. Use the cnvenient naming feature t easily identify the new tken. 12. Hw d I activate my RSA SecurID tken? The tken is activates as sn as it is been registered within yur Treasury Gateway prfile. If yu are a new user, yu are prvided instructins n hw t access and lgin t Treasury Gateway. During the enrllment prcess, yu are prmpted t enter the tken serial number lcated n the back f the hard tken r displayed n the Infrmatin screen f the RSA SecurID Sftware Tken applicatin. If yu are an existing user replacing a previusly activated tken, simply access Treasury Gateway and select Register Tken within the Maintenance menu. Yu are then prmpted fr the new tken serial number. 13. What if I lse my hard tken r mbile device? Call yur Treasury Management Custmer Service Representative t assist in re-deplying a replacement tken. Fr hard tkens, the initial device is prvided free f charge; replacements are available fr a charge f $25 each. 14. May I use a tken that belngs t a c-wrker? N, tkens are nt interchangeable. Once a tken has been registered within Treasury Gateway t a user, it cannt be used by anther. Hwever, upn request frm an authrized cmpany administratr, the bank can re-assign tkens previusly used by thers.
