2 Set up yur PayOS mbile app Belw is a quick guide t accepting mbile and pint f sale payments with the SecureNet PayOS mbile app. Add lcatin(s) Lg in t the PayOS mbile app Tap Menu and then tap Settings Under Sales Lcatins tap Selected then Plus Nte: This is the lcatin printed n yur receipts Tap Ttal Tax t add yur sales tax rate Nte: Yu can setup sales tax breakdwn fr cunty, city, state, etc. Select the lcatin type: Stre (pint f sale), Strage, Web r Mbile Verify yur stre address Nte: Yu can change the Stre Address by clicking Map and placing a pin n the map r tapping the Expand t manually edit the address. If yu have ther lcatins tap Plus and fllw same instructins as abve. Enable discunts On the Settings screen, tap Edit Discunts Tap Plus t add discunts Nte: Yu can add as many discunts yu want. These discunts can be applied t individual prducts and/r t sales tickets. Accept tips If yu are a business that ffers services r a restaurant, yu can enable tips Tap the On/Off slider t enable tips Chse t ffer custmer tip buttns, tip sliders, and tip limit 2

3 Require signatures Enable r disable signature requirement by tapping the On/Off slider and als set the minimum dllar amunt requiring a signature. Accepting yur first payment Attach yur card reader int the headphne jack f yur iphne r ipad Turn up the vlume T run a simple charge, tap Simple Payment t switch the app int simple payment mde Tap n the payment methd and fllw the prmpts Nte: T sell prducts frm yur inventry, see Make a sale, belw View receipts, reprint, and refunds View and Reprint Receipts Tap Menu and then tap Sales Tickets t view all yur sales tickets T reprint r a receipt, select the ticket and tap Reprint. Select the apprpriate actin: Print r . Refunds T refund the entire ticket: Tap Refund n the ticket and then Refund Entire Ticket T refund ne r mre items frm the ticket: Tap Refund n the ticket, then tap Delete. Select the return quantity f items being returned Tap the Refund buttn t refund specific items frm the ticket View reprts Tap Menu and then tap Reprts t view yur businesses perfrmance Switch between graph view and grid view by clicking Graph and Grid Switch the view frm day t week, mnth, quarter and year View reprts fr anther lcatin r all lcatins by tapping Lcatin and making a selectin 3

4 Add and manage prducts and categries On the catalg screen, tap Add t add a new categry r prduct While adding a prduct yu can: Use the bar cde scanner t add the prduct s UPC r manually add a reference cde fr the prduct Name the prduct and assign it t categries Price the prduct Mark it if it is taxable r nt Apply discunts if needed Tap Edit Image t add an image fr yur prduct Make a sale On the catalg screen, tap Prduct t be sld, and it will mve t the sales ticket Upn rder cmpletin, tap the means f payment: Cash r Credit When selecting cash: Yu will see: Subttal befre tax Discunt Tax Tip Ttal Enter the amunt f cash handled Select Cnfirm Payment The cash drawer will pen When selecting credit: Swipe the credit card thrugh the card reader and yu will see: Cardhlder name The last 4 digits f the card number Expiratin date Subttal befre tax Discunt Tax Tip Ttal Sign in the signature bx 4

5 Manage inventry Manage prduct inventry Tap Menu then tap Inventry t view yur current inventry Yu may check each individual stre s inventry by tapping Lcatin While managing inventry yu may: Select quantity f current inventry Insert pending rders Insert rerders Select price at lcatin Select tags Time when inventry was managed by tapping Refresh next t Quantity T adjust current quantity: Tap Adjust Select the additinal quantity Tap Chse Reasn and select yur reasn T rder additinal inventry: Tap Order Select the lcatin t send the inventry Select the quantity T transfer inventry t separate lcatins: Tap Transfer Select the lcatin Select the quantity 5
