We prvide dmestic and internatinal business and trade credit reprts, industry credit grup services and prfessinal educatin. Everything we d is designed t help the business credit grantr answer the all-imprtant questin, "Hw likely are we t get paid?" This User Guide will help yu t: - Retrieve Credit Reprts, bth frm yur Credit Grup and Full SWBCS Trade Credit Reprts - Enter and Retrieve Alerts (fka Flash) - Prepare subjects and enter experience fr Credit Grup Meetings - View Rsters f Credit Grup Members - Manage yur accunt and the users/permissins accrdingly - Submit yur mnthly AR data files via secure FTP Hw T Lg In The SWBCS website is lcated at T lg in, simply mve yur muse tward the upper right hand side f the website and click n the Member Lgin buttn. Tw Types f Credit Reprts There are tw types f credit reprts we ffer frm ur exclusive database. Our flagship reprt, the SWBCS Trade Credit Reprt, amalgamates trade data bth frm ur wn membership base, as well as thusands f ther data surces, int a single reprting system. These ther surces include partner credit rganizatins including bth NACM and nn-nacm, reginal and/r specialty/butique bureaus, and als cllectin agencies, that participate in ur data interchange. Yu als have access t the SWBCS Grup Credit Reprt, which cntains trade data frm yur credit grup members. This mini-reprt will have the ability t Pll yur credit Grup and will als shw yur grup s alerts, just as yu re accustmed t seeing but if yu need mre infrmatin and yu need it instantly yu can simply click a buttn t view the afrementined full SWCBS Trade Credit Reprt withut searching again fr the subject in questin. SWBCS Trade Credit Reprt We realize that pulling credit reprts is what ur members d mst ften, s that is why we have made ur search frm as easy t use as pssible. Right when yu lgin the Credit Reprt Search screen is displayed. Enter the apprpriate search criteria Search by Name (with r withut City and State) Or by address Or Phne/Fax Number Or Mtr Carrier Number Select the reprts t view If desired results are nt displayed, click Mdify Search t refine yur search criteria.
