2 Canadian Massage Conference WELCOME! The ONE Concept Group is pleased to announce the return of the Canadian Massage Conference CMC, October 1-5, 2015 in Burlington, Ontario. The Burlington Holiday Inn Hotel & Conference Centre will be the location for the 2015 CMC. This centrally located facility lies directly off all major highway accesses, close to shopping, restaurants, and Burlington s beautiful lakefront and newly renovated Pier. Just down the street from the hotel is the gorgeous Brant Street district which boasts festivals and night life. Local restaurants of Burlington are some of the best in Ontario. Just along the highway travelling east is the world renowned Niagara wine region, home to over 70 world class wineries. The CMC Exhibit Hall will be open October 2-4, with set up on Thursday October 1st. We have added 2 extra days of education to accommodate the growing number of Health Professionals in the area. For the exhibitors, Exhibit space has streamlined to 1 Exhibit Hall, unlike the past years with two. This will be more of a boutique style show and space will be limited to first come, first serve. Four Conference Access Passes allow the attendee to customize their experience to best suit their needs. Attendees can choose to visit the Trade Show only, or add workshops and full day classes to their experience. The CMC Exhibit Hall will also be open to the public for 3 days. The Bronze or Community Pass allows access to the Trade Show, Community Room and Community Class Room so the General Public can have a better understanding about our profession and what Integrated Healthcare includes and involves. Some of the most sought after educators will be featured at the CMC this year. Offering an opportunity for Health Professionals to learn from some of the newest stars and pioneers in the field. 4 INFORMATION & PROCEDURES BOOTH SHARING There will be no sub-letting or sharing of booth space by more than 1 company without prior agreement with Conference management. SHIPPING/RECEIVING Exhibitors WILL be allowed to move in their own product Thursday October 1st AFTER 3pm. If you need to ship product to the hotel in advance, your shipment must NOT arrive before Monday September 28th. You must specify that your carrier have a tailgate, and pump cart available. Any pick up for return shipments must be scheduled for Monday October 5th. EDUCATION/WORKSHOPS We have reworked some of our attendee passes for the show. Our show allows each attendee to customize their experience to their liking. Attendees are always encouraged to visit the trade show before, between and after classes. ELIGIBILITY FOR EXHIBITING All products and services exhibited must relate to Chiropractic/Massage Therapy and/or Health & Wellness practice or business or by prior approval by Conference Management. Conference Management reserves the right to remove or exclude any such Exhibitor which, in the opinion of Management, violates this criteria, as well as the right to curtail or close exhibits or parts of exhibits that reflect unfavorably on the character of the meeting. This applies to displays, literature, advertising, novelties, souvenirs, conduct of persons, etc. DEMONSTRATIONS Exhibitors are reminded that treatments provided in their booths must be conducted in accordance with the Code of Ethics of their governing body and it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to maintain liability insurance for such demonstrations. FUNDRAISING Unless prior approval is granted, fundraising on the exhibit floor is strictly prohibited; the only exception being funds raised in the ONE Concept Community Room. TRADE SHOW HOURS/EVENTS* Exhibitor badge and lanyard must be worn at all times. SHOW DECOR Show décor will be neutral colors. Your booth price INCLUDES carpet, electricity, shared internet, 1 table and 2 chairs (if required). PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS Booth reservations are made based upon the date the application is received. Applications will not be processed nor space assigned unless the application is accompanied by deposit or payment in full. A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total fees will hold a space until March 31st, After that date, the Conference Management reserves the right to rent that space if payment in full is not received. Before March 31st, 2015, any cancellations must be submitted in writing and will be refunded, minus the 50% non-refundable deposit. After March 31st, there will be no cancellation options or refunds given. Balance and full payment is due March 31st, BOOTH SPACE is not confirmed until payment is received in FULL. Conference Management reserves the right to relocate or re-assign exhibit booths at any time for the overall benefit of the Conference. In the event the Conference is canceled due to fire, strikes, government regulations, acts of God, ONE Concept Inc. shall not be held liable and shall determine the amount of exhibit fees to be refunded. SOCIAL EVENTS Friday night we are holding our famous FACEBOOK MEET AND GREET at the Alloro Lounge in the Holiday Inn. LIVE music and lots of fun!! RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE Exhibitor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend ONE Concept Inc. and the Holiday Inn against any claims and expenses arising out of the use of the Exhibition Hall. Exhibitor understands that it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain insurance for these such events. SALES TAX All Exhibitors must adhere to Ontario tax laws.
