They will showcase hundreds of items in the 65, 000 square foot Fresno Convention Center, an indoor, carpeted, professional center located in the heart of Fresno. RECRUITING CENTER Management is planning to invite more than 50 trucking companies to come and fulfill their hiring needs. A specific and convenient area will be assigned to these companies and job seekers, so they can find their suitable match. SHOW & SHINE Many truckers enjoy taking care of their rigs, and they have modified, chromed, and polished their trucks to perfection. They will bring their trucks to participate in the Show and Shine Event. All attendees will have the chance to view these specialized and beautiful trucks. ENTERTAINMENT Various multicultural bands will perform at WATS to add variety and diverse flavors to the show. Refresh yourself during the trade show and enjoy the performances of famous bands and performers with your family. Entertainment will take place on both days of the show. VIP DINNER / President Night 2015 Honoring CTA President Dick Coyle The Management of West American Truck Show in conjunction with the Central Valley Unit of the California Trucking Association's annual President Night dinner will be honoring Dick Coyle. The dinner will be held at the conclusion of the first day of West American Truck Show. Dinner Attendees will include WATS supporters, CTA members, company representatives, industry leaders and guests. Sponsorship programs, show guide advertising and other advertising options have been designed to create awareness and recognition of your products, services, achievements and corporate identity. Many packages offer varying opportunities to maximize exposure before, during and after the event. All sponsorship packages and show guide advertising will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

4 SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES Sept 26th -27th, 2015 Title Sponsors: (one available) Three unique and exclusive businesses will have the opportunity to present and be the Title Sponsors of the West American Truck Show (WATS). Title Sponsors will receive: 1. $30,000 worth of advertising, for three months leading up to the WATS, on prominent radio, TV, social and print media, billboards and Media Release of the event. 2. Title Sponsor logos will be displayed on all welcome displays. 3. All Title Sponsors will receive VIP treatment at the show, which includes regular promotion of, and mentioning of, business names during announcements and events at the Show. 4. One table of ten (10) will be given for the VIP Dinner Night. $10,000 Endorsement Sponsors: We are providing an opportunity to ten (10) businesses and organizations to endorse the WATS. Endorsement Sponsors will receive: 1. A 10' x 10' exhibition booth space. 2. $10,000 worth of advertising for 3 month, prior to the Show, in print and social media. 3. Company name and logo will be displayed on welcome banners and other printed material in the show. 4. Four VIP Dinner tickets are included. $2,500

This Saturday evening event takes place at Valdez Hall and is one of the highlights of the show. This well-attended event will gain you additional exposure. This highly successful and anticipated networking night is attended by leaders of the trucking industry. The VIP Dinner Sponsor will receive: Ÿ $10,000 worth of advertisement for three months, prior to the Show, in print and social media. Ÿ Company logo and message will be on multiple displays at the VIP night; company name will be mentioned frequently on the stage. banners and other printed material in the Show. Ÿ 20 VIP Dinner tickets are included. Mobile Phone Charging Station Sponsor: $1000 One unique business will have the opportunity to sponsor the Charging Station area. Three (3) unique businesses will have the opportunity to sponsor the Entertainment Section of the WATS. Bag Sponsor: $3500 (Sold Out) Two (2) unique businesses will have the opportunity to sponsor the official WATS Show Bags. The sponsors' company logos will be displayed on the 8,000 shopping bags that will be distributed to all visitors.

Exclusive Direct Route Sponsor: $2000 Ÿ There is no better way to lead visitors directly to your booth than with a direct route sponsorship. Ÿ You will receive 10 floor decals (2'x2'), to strategically place in their designated area of the show which will lead a path directly to your booth. These decals will feature your full color logo and your booth number. It's an eyecatching and highly effective method to draw attention and traffic to your booth. Ÿ 2 VIP Dinner tickets are included Stamping Station Sponsor: $1000 (Four available) Ÿ Each attendee will receive a card with the participating sponsor logos and exhibit booth numbers listed on the card. Attendees will need to visit ALL exhibitors listed on the card and get their card stamped at every booth. The premise of the game is to create an incentive for attendees to visit the exhibit halls and YOUR booth. Once all stamps have been received (in the corresponding boxes), cards can then be deposited into a drop-box located at the show booth.
