Setting up Email n Andrid Devices Imprtant: If yu have an Andrid 2.2 device, yu may need t upgrade it t Andrid 2.2.1. There is a knwn issue cnnecting Andrid 2.2 devices t Exchange 2010 with Service Pack 1 (SP1). The Andrid phne will nt be able t cnnect t the Exchange server, and will display the errr message "Unable t pen cnnectin t server." The upgrade will fix the issue. T check t see what versin yu are currently running g t yur Settings menu. Scrll t where it says Abut Phne n the list. Select it and lk t where it says Andrid Versin. Anything abve 2.2 is fine. Anything 2.2 and belw yu will need t cntact yur cell prvider and ask abut updating yur phne. Setting up ActiveSync n Mtrla Drid RAZR: 1. Frm the Hme Screen select Apps. 2. Chse My Accunts. Nte: If the applicatin icn is missing, select App menu filter (lcated at the tp) then select All apps. 3. Click Add accunt.
4. Chse Crprate Sync. If presented, review the Mtrla Service agreement, select (check) I agree then select Next t cntinue. Put in the crrect settings. Email address: first.lastname@crystalc.cm Dmain: fcrystal Username: first.lastname Passwrd: yur crystalc lgin passwrd

8. Click Dne. Setting up ActiveSync n HTC Drid: 1. Frm the device hme screen, tuch the Applicatins tab (lcated in the lwer-left), then tuch Mail. If this is an additinal email accunt, tuch Menu > Mre > New Accunt. 2. Tuch Micrsft Exchange ActiveSync. Enter the Exchange primary email address and passwrd, then tuch Next. Check all settings again, and make sure that the fllwing are set crrectly: Server address: email.crystalc.cm This server requires an encrypted SSL cnnectin must be selected with a green checkmark. 5. Tuch Next. 6. Select the desired data t synchrnize with the Exchange server (a green checkmark means that an ptin is enabled). 7. Tuch Finish setup. Setting up ActiveSync n HTC Thunderblt: 1. Frm the device hme screen, tuch the Applicatins tab (lcated in the lwer-left), then select Settings. 2. Accunts & Sync > Add Accunt >Exchange ActiveSync > Accunt Settings > Cnfigure Server. 3. Tuch Amunt t synchrnize t select the desired amunt. 6. Tuch the desired accunt ptins, then tuch Next. The accunt ptin is enabled if it has a green checkmark next t it. Send email frm this accunt by default Ntify me when email arrives Sync cntacts frm this accunt 7. Enter an accunt name and utging message name, then tuch Dne. Setting up ActiveSync n Drid X: 1. Open the Applicatins tray and select My Accunts. 2. Select Add Accunt. Yu will be at the Set Up Accunts menu, which displays several ther scial netwrk icns. Tap Crprate Sync. Enter the Exchange Server settings in the apprpriate fields. Tap Next t finish the setup. Setting up ActiveSync n Galaxy S 3: 1. Frm a hme screen, select Apps (lcated in the lwer-right). 2. Frm the Apps tab, select Settings. 3. Frm the Persnal sectin, select Accunts and sync. 4. Select Add accunt (lcated in the lwer-right). 5. Select Micrsft Exchange ActiveSync. 6. Enter the apprpriate Email address: first.lastname@crystalc.cm and Passwrd: yur crystalc lgin passwrd then select Next (lcated in the lwer-right). 7. Select Manual setup (lcated in the lwer-left). 8. Enter the apprpriate infrmatin int the fllwing fields: Dmain\Username: fcrystal\first.lastname Passwrd: yur crystalc lgin passwrd Exchange Server: email.crystalc.cm
