Lenel Jb Aid: Lgging int Lenel RDS Lgging int the Lenel RDS webpage Off campus users will need t lgin t Cisc VPN client (Stanfrd Public VPN) r then gt On campus users will NOT need t lgin t either VPN and can g directly t When lgging int the Lenel RDS webpage yur lgin name needs t be entered as win\sunetid and then enter yur SUNetID passwrd. Once lgged in yu will see the icns fr Alarm Mnitring and System Administratin. The next step is t initiate a Remte Desktp sessin.

Lenel Jb Aid: Lgging int Lenel RDS Initiating a Remte Desktp sessin Internet Explrer When lgging int the RDS webpage Internet Explrer users will need t select the Security ptin This is a private cmputer and then click Sign in. Then click n either icn fr Alarm Mnitring r System Administratin and a windw will appear with the message Waiting fr Remte App Prgrams t st... Please review any messages that appear', yu may click n 'Shw Details' if it is highlighted. Read the 'Cmputer and Netwrk Plicy Ntice', click 'OK'. The applicatin yu selected will then launch. Click OK. If the ptin t select Remte Desktp Cnnectin is nt available yu will need t navigate t the applicatin t and select it. Navigate t: C drive à Windws à System32 à select mstsc.exe. If yu receive the windw prmpt D yu trust the publisher f this RemteApp prgram? check the bx Dn t ask me again fr remte cnnectins frm this publisher. Click Cnnect. Page 3 f 6

If the user accunt is incrrect click n Use anther accunt and enter the crrect user name and passwrd. Be sure t apply the frmat: win\sunetid A windw will appear with the message Waiting fr Remte App Prgrams t st... Open the drpdwn menu n the dwnladed file and select 'Always pen files f this type'. Enter yur SUNetID passwrd in the 'Enter yur credentials windw.
