As discussed please fllw these steps in rder Change yur reginal settings during licensing nly FOR internatinal clients nly. Nrth America clients can skip this step since the language is already set t English. If the reginal cmputer language is set t a language ther than English, refer t the fllwing steps t temprarily change yur Reginal Settings t English befre licensing the sftware. After yu successfully license, yu can change back t yur native language. Windws XP 1. Lgin t yur cmputer under a full administrative accunt (this is required) 2. Click Start Cntrl Panel Reginal, and Language Optins a. Under the "Reginal Optins tab, change the language t English (United States). On the pull dwn menu next t the Custmize buttn, change the lcatin t United States. In the pull dwn menu at the bttm f the windw. b. Under the Languages tab, click the Details buttn and select English (United States) US n the pull dwn menu under Default Input Language. Click the Add buttn and select English (United States) n the drp dwn menu under the Installed Services sectin. Click the OK buttn. c. Click the OK buttn again t return t the Reginal and Language Optins windw. d. Under the Advanced tab, select "English (United States) n the drp dwn menu under the "Language fr nn-unicde prgrams" sectin. e. Click Apply t apply all the changes. 3. Click OK t clse the windw. 4. Rebt yur cmputer if yur cmputer language changes cannt be seen. 5. Nw yu are ready t fllw the steps belw t license the sftware. The license steps are belw please fllw them and send us a new serial key. Windws Vista, 7, and 8 are very similar t each ther. 1. Lgin t yur cmputer under a full administrative accunt (this is required) 2. Click Start Cntrl Regin and Language (In Win 8 search cntrl Panel and chse Regin advanced ptins). 3. On Frmat tab, use the drp dwn menu and chse English (United States). 4. On Lcatin tab, use the drp dwn menu and chse United States 5. On Administrative tab abut halfway dwn, there is a bx that says Language fr Nn-Unicde Prgrams 6. Inside the bx is a buttn that says Change System Lcale. Click that buttn and chse English (United States) frm the drp dwn menu. 7. Click Apply and OK and clse all bxes.

2 Clean the lder license frm the database 1. Nw we need t clean ut the license that is in the database frm when the team gave yu a license a. Clse all the Nutritinist Pr windws if any are pen. i. G t C/Axxya Systems/Nutritinist Pr/Supprt Files. In this flder yu will see a licensereset.exe ii. Duble click it and pen the licensereset iii. Click the buttn reset license data see image belw iv. Rebt the cmputer 2. If this desn t get cleaned ut, the steps belw will nt wrk. As a precautin, please check the registry t see if the virtual stre key is remved. Fllw the steps belw. If yu see a virtual stre key, then remve it. If the virtual key is nt there, then yu can skip this step. Check the registry and see if the key is there. If s, it needs t be deleted. Press the Start Buttn In the search field type, regedit and press enter. Navigate thrugh the fllwing flders: HKEY_CURRENT_USER - Sftware - Classes - VirtualStre- Machine - Sftware - First Databank

3 Please nte: In the image abve there is a Ww6432Nde flder. Here is a clser lk between the x32 vs the x64 If it s a X32-bit: HKEY_CURRENT_USER - Sftware - Classes - VirtualStre- MACHINE - SOFTWARE First Databank If it s a X64-bit: HKEY_CURRENT_USER - Sftware - Classes - VirtualStre- MACHINE - SOFTWARE Ww6432Nde First Databank Delete the First Databank flder. (Right click n the flder and Left click n delete in the list) Rebt the cmputer fr the changes t take effect.

4 Fr sme clients a data update is needed see if this applies t yu. Only fllw if it applies t yu. If this errr is seen n yur machine and yu have installed the applicatin fr the first time n this machine and there is n lder database that has been brught ver then yu can skip this sectin f steps. If yu are bringing an lder database r if yur machine had an lder versin f Nutritinist Pr installed n it then please fllw these additinal steps 1. check the install path f where the sftware is installed and yu will see a flder called npback flder rename it t back up1 i. If yu dn t see the npback flder in the install path yu can skip this step BUT imprtant t check if there is ne yu must rename it 2. Then launch the data update exe. i. Yu will a message saying I cannt find the npback up flder say k ii. Then it will say yu have 30 days t license say k iii. Then data update will start. iv. Let it finish v. Nw fllw the steps fr licensing see belw LICENSING STEPS: STANDALONE VERSION: 1. Make sure the prgram is clsed 2. Access Start/All Prgrams/Axxya Systems/. VERY IMPORTANT RIGHT CLICK ON Nutritinist Pr Prduct Licensing AND SELECT Run As Administratr. SEE IMAGE BELOW. Yu will then see a licensing windw with a serial #. 3. Once yu ve accessed the Nutritinist Pr Prduct Licensing Windw, yu will be prvided with a serial # 4. NOTE***IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP THE SCREEN OPEN UNTIL THE LICENSE KEY IS ENTERED AS THE SERIAL NUMBER CHANGES EVERY TIME THE SCREEN IS

5 CLOSED***. If this step is nt fllwed as directed, yu may have t repeat these steps frm the beginning. 5. Cntact supprt by phne ( ) r ([email protected]) t btain a license key. 6. Enter the key prvided in the bx. 7. Press the License buttn. Underneath the license buttn, It will say Mdules licensed and 8. Clse the Licensing screen 9. Launch Nutritinist Pr frm the desktp s shrtcut and yu are ready t begin use!
