2 Descriptin The Exchange Calendar List Web Part displays the appintments f the selected Micrsft Exchange 2007/2010 mailbx(es) and Public Flder Calendars as a List. The Web Part can be used bth with Windws Sharepint 2010 Fundatin and 2010 Server. Please nte that the web part cannt display appintments stred in previus versins f Micrsft Exchange Server (Micrsft Exchange 2003 r earlier). Prerequisites Befre yu attempt t install the slutins yu need t make sure that yu have the fllwing installed n yur server(s): Micrsft SharePint 2010, MOSS 2007 r WSS 3.0 Micrsft.NET 3.5 Framewrk Service Pack 1 r higher Micrsft Exchange Server 2007 r 2010 Installatin Manual Installatin 1. dwnlad and unpack the AECalendarListWebpart.zip file. The ZIP archive cntains the AECalendarListWebpart.dll, the EWSPrxies.dll, the Micrsft.Exchange.WebServices.dll and the AECalendarList.webpart files. 2. drp the 3 DLL files either int the SPS web applicatin BIN directry r int the GAC f yur Sharepint server (c:\windws\assembly). 3. add the fllwing line t the "<SafeCntrls>" sectin f yur Web.Cnfig file. Please make sure that the line is added as ne single line (n line breaks): <SafeCntrl Assembly="AECalendarListWebpart, Versin= , Culture=neutral, PublicKeyTken=c5432fdd6e02db8d" Namespace="AECalendarListWebpart" TypeName="*" Safe="True" /> 4. frm yur Sharepint Applicatin s tp site g t "Site Actins/Site Settings/Mdify All Site Settings/Galleries/Web Parts" 5. use the "Uplad" menu ptin t uplad the AECalendarList.webpart file. Autmatic Installatin 1. Unpack the AECalendarListWebpart.wsp and Install.bat files frm the Zip Archive and place the 2 files nt yur Sharepint Server. 2. Add the Slutin by either running Install.bat (use install2010.bat fr SP 2010) r manually entering: stsadm - addslutin -filename AECalendarListWebpart.wsp 3. Deply the slutin by navigating with yur brwser t Central Administratin > System Settings > Farm Management > Manage farm slutins :

3 4. Yu shuld nw see the AECalendarListWebpart.wsp in the farm s slutin stre: Click n AECalendarListWebpart.wsp t deply the slutin:

Prceed t activate the feature by navigating t the Site Actins/Site Settings page in yur tp-level site: Chse Site cllectin features t navigate t the Site Cllectin Features page: Activate the AE Calendar List Web Part feature Adding the Web Part t a Page Navigate t a page where yu wuld like t place the web part and chse "Site Actins/Edit Page" Add the web part t the apprpriate zne. The web part is listed in the "Amrein Engineering" gallery sectin :

5 Web Part Cnfiguratin Cnfigure the fllwing Web Part prperties in the Web Part Editr "Miscellaneus" pane sectin as needed: User ID: enter the name f the Windws accunt under which the calendar data will be fetched frm the Exchange server. User Passwrd: enter the passwrd f the abve user accunt Exchange Server URL: enter the web dmain name f yur Exchange web frntend server (d als include the leading " r " This typically is the same address as yur Outlk Web Access (OWA) URL. Please d NOT enter the trailing /EWS. Yu can check the validity f the abve URL with yur brwser by entering http(s)://yurserver.cm/ews/exchange.asmx The Exchange Server shuld nw return an XML page: Calendar(s): enter the mailbx name(s) f the calendar(s) t be displayed (separate the names with semiclns). Use the {uid} placehlder t inject the current user's name. Example: jhn;{uid};rm707 Public Flder Calendar(s): enter the Public Flder calendar(s) t be displayed (separate the names with semiclns). D nt enter the All Public Flders Rt Public Flder

6 Example: Meeting Rm; Rms/Rm707 Mail Dmain: enter the dmain name f yur Exchange mail server. This typically crrespnds with the part f yur mail addresses right t character. Time Zne Offset: Enter the ptinal desired time zne ffset in minutes Busy Type Clrs: Enter the desired Busy Type clr cdings (either as HTML clr names r #RRGGBB values) in the fllwing rder: free;tentative;busy;ut f ffice. The default values reflect the standard Micrsft Outlk clr settings. Default View: Enter the desired default view (Day, Week r Mnth) Day Start Hur: Enter the desired start hur f the wrkday as a value between 0 and 23 (military frmat). Example: 8 Day End Hur: Enter the desired end hur f the wrkday as a value between 0 and 23 (military frmat). Example: 17 Cache Retentin Time: Enter the data cache retentin time in Minutes (enter 0 t disable data caching) License Key: enter yur Prduct License Key (as supplied after purchase f the "Staff Directry Web Part" license key). Leave this field empty if yu are using the free 30 day evaluatin versin r if yu chse ne f the License Activatin described belw. License Activatin Yu have the fllwing 3 ptins t enter yur License Key: 1. Enter the License Key int the crrespnding License Key field in the web part cnfiguratin pane (see Descriptin abve). 2. WSP Slutin Deplyment: Add the License.txt file (as supplied by AMREIN ENGINEERING after having purchased a license) t the Slutin at the fllwing lcatin: c:\prgram Files\Cmmn Files\Micrsft Shared\Web Server Extensins\14\template\features\AECalendarListWebpart 3.Manual Deplyment: Add the License Key t yur web.cnfig (typically fund at c:\inetpub\wwwrt\wss\virtualdirectries\80) <appsettings> sectin as fllws: <appsettings>.. <add key="aeec" value="aeec-x-xxxxx-xxxxx-xx-xx" /> </appsettings> Replace the x characters with yur actual key values. Please nte that this methd requires yu t manually add the key t each Sharepint applicatin.
