This year we have narrowed the fi eld down to the top two events which year-in, year-out are rated by the attendees as the must attend events: the Conference Dinner and the Sunset Cocktail Function. As a sponsor of either you will receive: Logo recognition on the promotional material relating to your evening event, including tickets, menus, and the Conference Program, where applicable; Verbal acknowledgement by the convenor; The opportunity for a 5 minute presentation during the event; The opportunity to supply a gift or takeaway bag at the event; The option to insert one piece of literature into the conference satchels; Four (4) complimentary tickets to your event (if Dinner Shared Sponsorship then two tickets only); The option to provide committee approved signage within the venue of the event; and Logo recognition on the Sponsors banner and Conference website. The station will be branded and instantly recognisable as being sponsored by your organisation. Staff at the station will be provided with two aprons displaying your organisation s logo. Delegates will be free to approach at any time throughout these two days for a complimentary beverage. Please note there are no sponsored registration passes with this package. You have the opportunity to supply your own cups for this station. Cappuccino Station $4950 Massage Station Sponsor Now running successfully for the last three years, this station is a highly attended opportunity in the Trade Exhibition for delegates and exhibitors! As with the Cappuccino Station, signage for this station is supplied however, clever additions by the sponsor could ensure that as the delegates are relaxing, they could also be reading your promotional material. Conference Specific Sponsorships Keynote Speaker Sponsorship All delegates will be attending the Keynote Addresses, sponsoring our high profi le and much sought after Keynote Speakers will guarantee your Company a unique and expansive method of promotion. Major benefi ts are: Recognition in the Registration brochure; Recognition in the Conference Program; One (1) full-page advertisement in the Conference Program; Acknowledgement by every Chairperson prior to the introduction of each International Keynote Speaker; and One (1) insertion of literature into the Conference Satchel. Name Badge Sponsor OR Name Badge and Lanyard Sponsor Your organisation s logo will feature alongside the Conference Logo on all 2015 double-sided Conference name badges. This sponsor has the option to upgrade this package to include lanyards for a more highly visible logo acknowledgment. Should the double be taken then Conference Secretariat will arrange for logoed lanyards to be printed on colour-coded stock to match the registration categories of Sponsor, Exhibitor, Speaker, Delegate etc. Program and Proceedings Sponsor By sponsoring the Conference Program and Proceedings your organisation will have: The exclusive logo rights to the front page/screen of the Conference Proceedings and front cover of the Conference Program. One full back page advert within the Conference Program and two full A4 pages will be reserved within the Conference Proceedings for your advertisements. Included in this package is: The opportunity for a half-hour product launch or display on your selected tour; Your organisation s logo featured next to your selected activity within the Conference Program, on the Conference website and within each delegate s confi rmation letter; and Verbal acknowledgement at the beginning and end of the tour by the tour leader. Wednesday Tour $825 Pen OR Pad Sponsor Insertion of an A4 pad or pen into the Conference Satchel. All stock is to be supplied by the sponsor and delivered to the Conference Secretariat no later than one (1) month prior to the start of the Conference. Products may display your company name or logo. Only one of each type of sponsorship is available. Literature Sponsor Insertion of one (1) piece of literature into the Conference Satchel. All literature is to be supplied by the sponsor and delivered to the Conference Secretariat no later than one (1) month before the start of the Conference. Pen OR Pad $990 Literature $275 Sponsorship Cancellations All sponsorship cancellations must be made in advance in writing and are subject to fees. Cancellations on or before 31 July 2015 will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the sponsored item/s. No refund will be given to cancellations requested after 31 July 2015. 7

exhibitor guidelines Booth sizes Within the Trade Exhibition area, booths are available in two different sizes. Gold and Silver booths are both 3 m x 2 m with the gold booths being located in a prominent position. Bronze booths are slightly smaller at 2 m x 2 m. All trade booths include the following features: Shell scheme exhibition booth as per nominated size. Vertical fascia identifi cation sign. One GPO outlet and spotlights. A skirted table. 2 side chairs. All confi rmed exhibitors will be contacted by our contractors who will confi rm your specifi c booth designs and additional furniture requirements. Please note additional furniture will be at your own expense. Booth Representation When booking a booth at the Waste & Recycle 2015 Conference, rather than receiving one registration then paying for additional representatives, exhibitors are given the fl exibility to book their booth based on the booth location and number of people they wish to attend. Depending on your chosen option, your booth will be entitled to one, two or three onsite representatives. If you require any further additional booth representatives, they will be required to register as Conference delegates. Please note that anyone not displaying a Conference name badge will be asked to leave the Conference fl oor. NEW! In keeping up with this practice, we are exploring the possibility of an offsite Pre-Conference Expo showcasing heavy equipment unable to be brought into the trade exhibition area. If you would like to be involved, please contact Keynote Conferences to express your interest. 10

Trade Exhibition Hours Wednesday 9 September Exhibitors can set up their booths any time between 10.00 am 3.00 pm. Thursday 10 September 8.30 am 5.00 pm We strongly recommend that exhibitors be onsite all day. Friday 11 September 8.30 am 3.00/3.30 pm Again we strongly recommend that exhibitors be onsite all day. All exhibitors are required to dismantle their booths after lunch and before the closing drinks. Please ensure that you have pre-arranged a courier collection for your goods if needed. Should you require your goods to be stored for pick up post-event, please arrange this directly with The Esplanade Hotel. Exhibition Set up and Dismantle All exhibitors can set their displays up on the Wednesday between 10.00 am 3.00 pm. Please note there is street access from Collie Street into the Trade Exhibition hall. Dismantling can only occur after the close of Friday s lunch. Please ensure that you have arranged for either immediate removal or alternatively appropriate storage of your material. Liability and Security Exhibiting companies are required to assume all responsibility for any loss or injury related to their display, and that they shall indemnify Keynote Conferences, the Western Australian Local Government Association, the Department of Environment Regulation and the Waste Management Association of Australia from any and all liability which may ensue, for any cause. Be advised that valuables should not be left unattended at any time. Exhibitors are solely responsible for the security of their exhibit and equipment. It is also understood that exhibitors must carry their own insurance required to cover loss, damage or liability for their own display. Exhibition Cancellations All exhibition cancellations must be made in advance in writing and are subject to fees. Cancellations on or before 31 July 2015 will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booth/s fee. No refund will be given to cancellations requested after 31 July 2015. 11
