3 ABOUT THE AUSTRALIAN PROPERTY INSTITUTE THE QUEENSLAND PROPERTY CONFERENCE The Australian Property Institute is a non-profit professional membership organisation representing over 1,500 members in Queensland and over 7,000 nationally. As Australia s peak body for property professionals, the API s primary role is to set and maintain the highest standards of professional practice, education, ethics and professional conduct for it members and the broader property profession. API members include property valuers, property and facility managers, property educators, property lawyers, plant and machinery valuers, professional property advisers and analysts, bankers, fund managers and accountants. The Queensland Property Conference is the signature event in the API Queensland s Continuing Professional Development program and will be held at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre on the Gold Coast on Friday 6 and Saturday 7 November As the largest conference run by the API in Australia, this Gold Coast event welcomes over 750 property experts from across the state and around the country each year. 10 AN INVITATION TO EXHIBIT The trade exhibition will be an integral part of the 2015 Queensland Property Conference and is a great way for delegates to experience your organisation first hand. A number of strategies have been devised to maximise exposure and interaction between exhibitors and delegates, including delegate incentives and trade exhibition hours structured around the conference program. Catering will also be served in the exhibition area during each refreshment break. Exhibition booths will be allocated on order of application.
