EXHIBITING Table-top exhibits are an excellent way to showcase your latest products and services to existing and potential customers during the conference. With coffee breaks and the evening receptions being held in the exhibition area, you will be able to chat with delegates in a relaxed, convivial atmosphere. ADVERTISING This year we are expanding the advertising program, offering companies the possiblity to advertise on the IPF website as well as in the conference program.

3 Sponsorship All sponsors will receive recognition on IPF promotions and mailings prior to and following the meeting, on signage in the exhibition area, at conference sessions as well as on the delegate registration list and program. Gold Sponsors will be able to promote their company/ services by participating in the IPF video which will be published post-ipf and used to promote the 2018 event. 4 EXHIBITING A limited number of table top exhibit spaces will be available at the 2016 IPF. Situated adjacent to the main conference room, the exhibition area is easily accessible for delegates as they move in and out of the conference sessions. Additionally, both evening receptions and the conference coffee breaks will be held in the exhibition area, allowing you to network with your existing and potential customers in a relaxed environment. Exhibitors will set up their stands on the afternoon of Wednesday 13th April 2016, in time for the Welcome Reception that evening. Exhibition Opening Times: Wednesday 13th April Thursday 14th April Friday 15th April Each exhibitor will be provided with a table measuring approximately 1.80m x 0.50m and 2 chairs. There are no exhibit booths, just space and the table top. There will be space for reasonably sized pop up exhibit displays behind or possibly to the side of your exhibit. If you require an electrical socket/power at your table, please advise Louise McKerchar by 1st March so that we can order this for you. We can supply one power socket within your exhibition space package if you require additional electrical facilities or would like to order any AV equipment (eg screen/dvd player), we can put you in touch with the third party supplier and you can order/pay for these directly with them. If you are planning on having any sound playing at your stand, we kindly request that you bring headphones for visitors to use or keep sound to a low level so as not to disturb other exhibitors or delegates. Table top exhibits will be charged at $675 per table and all staff manning the exhibits must be signed up as full delegates to the IPF.
