2 CCI Construction Industry Dinner and Resource and Construction Conference Construction Industry Dinner overview The CCI Construction Industry Dinner is Western Australia s largest and most prestigious annual event for the resources, construction and infrastructure sectors. Held in the Grand Ballroom at Crown Perth, this premier event brings together more than 800 local, national and international representatives from major resource, construction and infrastructure projects and is a must attend for anyone involved in Western Australia s resources and construction industries. With a history spanning almost 30 years, this high profile dinner includes an excellent three course meal, premium Western Australian wines, top quality entertainment and extensive networking opportunities throughout the evening. The dinner follows a comprehensive and informative Resource and Construction Conference The evening will provide sponsors with an opportunity to target key decision makers within the resources, construction and infrastructure industries. Resource and Construction Conference overview Featuring presentations from senior industry executives from a number of major resource and infrastructure projects throughout Australia, the CCI Resource and Construction Conference will provide delegates with an insight into the progress of a range of major resource and infrastructure projects currently planned for Western Australia. The Resource and Construction Conference is held in conjunction with the annual CCI Construction Industry Dinner and will be marketed to senior executives from the resources and construction sectors. Conference audience numbers have previously reached over 350 attendees. Audience and exposure In the lead up to both the CCI Construction Industry Dinner and Resource and Construction Conference, strategically planned promotional activities will be undertaken to ensure that the events are marketed to the right audience. These activities will give your organisation exposure to thousands of Australian businesses. The target audience for this event includes: Project managers Contractors Suppliers Developers Chief executive officers Senior executives Small, medium and large sized member companies Logo placement on all marketing collateral, including invitations, advertisements and other sponsorship benefits such as signage and networking opportunities at the event, will see your organisation achieve exposure to a targeted audience. Sponsorship opportunities A number of sponsorship packages are available including conference and dinner only sponsors, joint conference and dinner sponsors and a lanyard sponsorship package. The conference will include a selection of keynote and breakout sessions as well as a range of numerous networking breaks, giving sponsors a number of opportunities to interact and network with delegates.

3 Construction Industry Dinner and Resource and Construction Conference Diamond sponsorship package (five available) As a Diamond dinner and conference sponsor you will receive the following benefits and exposure in return for your contribution of $12,000 (including 10% GST): Conference benefits: Eight complimentary tickets for company representatives to attend the conference an opportunity to network with guests (valued at $6,160) 15% discount on additional individual tickets and corporate tables at the conference Expo stand/display in foyer at the conference including two standing banners - a clothed table will be provided. Opportunity to provide sample product or promotional material in conference delegate packs (approximately 250 items) Opportunity to provide a half page company advertisement (184x130mm) in Business Pulse, CCI s corporate magazine (valued at $1,210) - sponsor to provide artwork Acknowledgement in the opening and closing speeches. Dinner benefits: Two complimentary tickets (not transferable) on a VIP head table at the dinner an opportunity to network with VIP guests (valued at approximately $700) 15% discount on additional individual tickets and corporate tables of 10 Opportunity to provide corporate branded gifts on VIP tables at the dinner (up to 50 items) 300 word company profile or an A5 company coloured advertisement (supplied by the sponsor) included in the official program distributed to guests at the dinner Standing banner in the pre-function area at the dinner Acknowledgement in the opening and closing speeches. 6 Resource and Construction Conference Lanyard sponsorship package (SOLD OUT) As the exclusive Lanyard sponsor for the CCI Resource and Construction Conferenceyou will receive the following benefits and exposure in return for a contribution $3,300 (including 10% GST): Benefits Company branded lanyards to be distributed to all conference attendees on arrival Expo stand/display in foyer at the conference including two standing banners - a clothed table will be provided. Recognition as the Lanyard sponsor in opening and closing speeches at the conference First right of refusal for 2017 Sponsorship includes printing of lanyards with sponsor s logo. Lanyards are 20mm wide decorated with one colour print, one side on a range of complementing colours.
