1 GUIDANCE FOR SPONSORS AND EXHIBITORS INTRODUCTION will provide a moment of disclosure and update on alternative methods to the use of animals, based on the concept of the 3Rs (reduction, refinement and replacement). This event will be a unique moment in Latin America for the training of groups of studies on the subject, searching and contacting companies for the private funding of research, encouraging technological development, and an opportunity for the integration of universities with the society, in response to a problem increasingly required by the society: the use of animals in science and industrial testing. The event will be international in scope, providing researchers with the dissemination of their research and to students and teachers the learning of new teaching techniques. In addition to the academic nature, the Congress aims for the spirit of innovation and integration with the industrial sector, ensuring that the academic knowledge is applied in society. 8 SERIGRAPHY IN THE CONGRESS`S PACK All delegates will receive badge holders and lanyards for their badges. The Sponsor supplies its logo to be printed by the Congress Secretariat US$ 1.500,00 LOGO PRINTS IN THE BOX LUNCH Box lunches (three days) for full registered participants will be supplied by the congress organization. The name/logo of the Sponsor will be printed on a label on the box lunch. US$ 2.000,00

9 AWARDS AND TRAVEL GRANTS YOUNG RESEARCHERS AWARD Young researchers will be concurring to prizes for the best enterprise. The scientific committee will assess the winners and money will be awarded to encourage research in this area. A special thanks to the company can be made in the delivery of the prize and also in the award s certificate. - Value to combine. TRAVEL ASSISTANCE Young researchers can apply for travel assistance grants for the works submitted and evaluated by the scientific committee. A special thanks to the sponsoring company can be made, and the company will be mentioned in the abstracts book - US$ for each foreign student s grant / R$ for each Brazilian student s grant.

10 BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS AND CALL OFFS Once the Congress organization receives the company s financial proposal, the contract will be confirmed and the invoice will be generated. For agreements above US$ 3.000,00, a deposit of 50% of the value must be done to confirm the agreement. Agreements below that value must be paid during the implementation of the agreement. The values are non-refundable. All contributions must be paid up to 60 days before the congress.
