BOOK EARLY ** Trade Show & Advertising Exhibit Space $ We re exposing our sponsors, exhibitors and advertisers to more regional dairy farmers by publishing and distributing the conference booklet before the event. To ensure inclusion in the booklet, your forms and ads will need to be submitted by December 30, The deadline to book an exhibit space is February 22, 2016 INCLUDES one 8 wide x 6 deep exhibit space one table & two chairs if requested access to sessions & meals for two booth representatives company listing in the conference booklet company listing on conference website company listed on lanyard exhibit hall listing given to all participants at the conference DOES NOT INCLUDE labour to move, install or dismantle booth cleaning services, electricity, decorations or lights Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis based on payment date. Some sponsors with trade show spaces as benefits are given selection preference. Once forms and payments have been processed official confirmation will be sent. Exhibitors are encouraged to book early for the best space. Trade show set up will be 7:00-11:00 PM Tuesday, March 29th and 6:00-8:00 AM Wednesday, March 30th. BOOTH SET UP MUST BE COMPLETE BY 8:00 AM MARCH 30th. No booth may be dismantled before 1:30 PM Thursday, March 27th, and move out must be completed by 4:00 PM. NOTE: Conference organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items; exhibitors are responsible for ensuring all valuables are safely stored whenever their booth is unattended. Payment in full is required before access to the trade show is permitted. Cancellations prior to March 8, 2014 will receive a 50 percent refund; no refunds will be issued for cancellations after that date. Global Convention Services is providing services to the trade show, including electrical hook ups. If you need to ship items, they must be shipped to them. Additional booth accoutrements may be booked through Global, please see their information enclosed. 6 Conference Program Advertising For 2016 Dairy Focus, we are producing the programme booklet before the event as part of our marketing efforts. Thus, your ad and logo will have a much wider distribution as we will be working with the various Maritime dairy associations to reach as many dairy producers as possible. Ad Pricing The conference booket is 8 x 10.5, black and white, and is the definitive conference guide, containing the agenda, speakers, sponsor and trade show information. Approximately 1,500 are printed. FULL PAGE HALF PAGE QUARTER PAGE What does this change mean for you? Lots more exposure!! We have a definite pre-determined number of pages so we may be in the position to cut off advertising bookings. All ads will be black and white. And there is a new deadline! To be in the program as a sponsor, exhibitor and/or advertiser the deadline is December 30, 2015 $450 HST $250 + HST $150 + HST Price does not include ad design. Once an ad has been booked, you will receive information on ad specifications and submission deadlines. Date of commitment is the date payment is received in full, which shall be no more than 30 days from the date forms are received. If payment is not received, the opportunity is released. Please note the new January 8th deadline for booking your sponsorship, exhibit space and/or advertisment in order to get into our new conference promotional booklet. If you have not paid in full by the time the booklet is put together, we may require full payment or 50 per cent of your bill or your listing/ad/logo may not be included. While we are certain none of our participants would do this, we need to make sure we don t provide great exposure only to have the bill not paid at a later date. Thank you for understanding.
