The delegate list will not include details of any delegates who have withheld permission to publish their details in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act. No refunds will be made in the event of cancellation. No organisation will be listed as a sponsor until all monies due and payable are received. All invoices are due and payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Inclusion of corporate logo, advertising, etc, in printed materials is subject to receipt of.jpeg /.eps format file(s) prior to print deadlines and all sponsorship monies being paid in full. The sponsorship/advertising/exhibition package is personal to the sponsor and must not be assigned, sublet or traded in whole or in part except with the prior written approval of the IAMA CEO. IAMA reserves the right of refusal of any sponsorship/advertising/exhibition request. The delegate list will exclude any delegates who have withheld permission to publish their details in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act. Trade display tables will be allocated only on receipt of this signed Sponsorship Form and payment in full. Priority, at all times, will be given to the requests of the Principal Sponsor. Any space not claimed and occupied before 9:00 am on 3 May 2014 will be reassigned without refund. IAMA reserves the right to rearrange the display area floor plan and / or relocate any trade display (including corporate banners) without notice. No refund is payable for any facilities not used or required. Each exhibitor must take out their own Public and Product Liability insurance to a minimum of A$10 million at their own expense. A copy of the organisation s public and product liability certificate of currency to be provided to the IAMA CEO by 11 April 2014, but in any event prior to entering the trade display area of the conference. 12
