The NSW Branch of the Australian Dental Association (ADA NSW) is proud to host this convention which will be held at the Bathurst Memorial Entertainment Centre Bathurst, 17th to 19th November The theme for the Convention is The Dental Panorama. The 2016 Convention will be held in the historic and picturesque location of Bathurst and will feature some of Australia s leading dental presenters on topics that will help delegates to update their view on what s the latest in dentistry, gain up to date practical tips and see what s ahead in clinical life. The local organising committee of practising dentists and academics will be drawing on their extensive contacts and knowledge in putting the program together, and it will feature keynote presentations and concurrent sessions, social functions, the opportunity for practical hands-on work at the outstanding facilities at Charles Sturt University and some additional opportunities to engage in fun social activities in Bathurst and Orange following the Convention. Contributing as a sponsor or exhibitor at the Convention provides a wonderful opportunity for your organisation to engage with a large field of influential leaders and decision-makers from all over NSW and interstate. The packages outlined in this document offer a variety of exposure levels at the Convention. ABOUT ADA NSW The NSW Branch of the Australian Dental Association (ADA NSW) is the professional association of dentists in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. We provide services for members to enable them to deliver the best possible standard of care to the community. As the peak dental body in NSW and the ACT, we work with the State and Territory governments to ensure all members of the community are able to access the dental services they need. ADA NSW has more than 4,000 members across all work sectors, which represents approximately 70 per cent of registered dentists. ABOUT THE CONVENTION The two-day convention comprises keynote presentations, a local site visit and plenary forum events. All presentation topics have been customised to meet the theme of the conference The Dental Panorama and equip delegates with clinically relevant content that can be applied immediately. Delegates will have the option of attending keynote lectures in the main auditorium, or other concurrent special interest sessions. The topics included in the conference are broad ranging and aimed at a general-audience to help equip them with the latest in techniques and information to enhance practise. The ADA NSW Convention will be a worthwhile event for any dentist or dental team member wishing to stay up to date with developments across a relevant spectrum of topics within our profession, while enjoying collegiality in a picturesque historic location. 7 SPONSORSHIP TERMS Following are explanations of the various elements contained with our sponsorship packages. Complimentary Full Convention Registration Full Convention Registration includes lunches, morning and afternoon teas, conference program and material, name badge, conference satchel and social functions. Convention Promotional Material A full-colour electronic version of the convention brochure will be produced and will include colour logos from sponsors. If sponsorship is not confirmed and payment received in full there is no guarantee that logos will be included. It is the responsibility of the sponsor to ensure logos are sent to the Convention Managers well in advance of the design deadline to ensure they are included (eps format is the preferred format or jpeg). Convention Program All sponsorship packages include sponsor recognition in the convention program. The program will include a detailed agenda, information about presenters, sponsors and trade exhibitors, delegate lists and function details. Company Signage The type of company signage to be displayed is dependent on the space and physical constraints at the venue. Every effort will be made to accommodate sponsors requests. Trade Display Trade display includes a booth 3m x 2m or 3m x 1m white melamine walls and octanorm aluminium frame system. Trade booth size is dependent on availability at the time of booking. The trade display includes lights, power, trestle table, two chairs and fascia name. All trade exhibitors agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions for exhibitors which will be forwarded with confirmation and will have a minimum of $10M in Public Liability insurance. Satchel Insert Quantity: Minimum of 300 pieces (one A4 or DL size flyer, brochure or similar). We encourage non-paper items to support the intention of running an environmentally friendly conference. Details of shipping information to be provided. Cancellation Policy Once a booking form has been received for Sponsorship or Trade Exhibition Opportunities, any cancellation must be advised in writing. Confirmed sponsorship/trade displays that are cancelled more than 60 days from the conference will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the total sponsorship amount will be payable. Sponsorship/trade displays cancelled within 60 days of the conference will not be eligible for refunds and all committed funds due. Terms and conditions The Convention host and organiser will take all diligent care to fulfil the listed commitments.
