Recreation: Part of the Bigger Picture Recreation Connections Manitoba (RCM) is the voice for recreation in Manitoba. RCM members share a passion and spirit for recreation. Its members are dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of Manitobans in every region of the province. RCM also strives to continue to ensure the development and support of recreation leaders.
