Tradeshow Hours: Tuesday, October 23 7:30 AM 5:00 PM Wednesday, October 24 7:30 AM 5:00 PM Tradeshow set-up day: Monday, October 22, 2012 Tradeshow set-up hours: 12:00 NOON - 5:00 PM Note: Out-of-town exhibitors - all booths must be fully set up no later than Tuesday, October 23rd by 7:30 AM. Exhibitor space rental is for a single exhibitor (company) only and may not be transferred or sublet. Exhibitor space is provided on a first come first choice basis and conference organizers reserve the right to adjust location based on available room allocation. 11 Additional Information Please note: HRMAM asks that all sponsors provide any additional collateral, banners or signage for their sponsorship opportunity, if/when applicable (when the sponsor would like something that is above and beyond what HRMAM provides as a benefit for the sponsorship level). Where necessary, sponsor representatives are responsible for saving and shipping back any collateral, banners, or signage. Technical Specifications: All logo files must be provided to HRMAM in EPS, full-colour format.
