T ffer Psychlgical Assessment and specialist assessments EXPECTED OUTCOMES Prvide assessments : Psychlgical assessment Differential diagnsis Psychmetric Risk assessment Behaviural Sci-Cultural, Familial 2 Offer Psychlgical Interventin and Therapy 3 Functin as a Team member (MDT multi disciplinary team) Dcumentatin Reprts Prvide treatment recmmendatins t cnsumer and team. Prvide Psychlgical treatment, and therapy as indicated. Prvide treatment plan, and reprts Review and evaluate treatment. Refer t apprpriate services, and liaise with apprpriate with client and relevant parties. Attend referral meetings, clinical reviews. Participate in plicy meetings, service develpment planning. Liaise with ther team members t prvide a quality assured service. Prvide cnsultancy and act as resurce t team, staff, and cmmunity. 4 T prvide Grup Therapy aimed at skill acquisitin r specialist treatment Facilitate grups, review, and evaluate 5 T prvide Care C-rdinatin where relevant. - Mental Health Services Invlvement in care planning and care c-rdinatin t cnsumers. Identify prfessinal develpment needs and attend Cntinuing Prfessinal educatin Participate in research prgrams as apprpriate.
