1 JOB SCRIPTION TITL: RPORTING TO: HR Recruitment Administrator HRSS Team Leader Recruitment RSPONSIBL FOR: Recruitment SUMMARY OF ROL: To work with the Team Leader in providing an effective and comprehensive HR & Recruitment service throughout Radian and support the Group s Corporate Plan objectives and vision and values. To provide excellent standards of customer service through recruitment. KY RSPONSIBILITIS To act as a one stop shop for HR recruitment queries from staff and the general public wherever possible. To be familiar with HR policies, procedures and guidance so as to provide accurate and up to date information. Working with the HR Team Leader to support group initiatives such as Investors in People and being an ambassador for HR. Under the direction of the HR Team Leader to act as a representative for the HR team on group workshops and forums as appropriate. To liaise with the group and local staff forums as required. To co-operate with audits and inspections to ensure high standards of customer services and the protection of vulnerable people as appropriate through recruitment. To develop knowledge of current and proposed legislation and regulatory requirements and good practice. Recruitment Under the direction of the HR Team Leader, to provide recruitment services to the group which meet the needs of customers and relevant policy, procedure and legislative requirements. To promote Radian as an employer of choice through public perception of recruitment services. To ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements specific to the sector and in particular for care and support environments. To undertake training and development to ensure Radian is provided with high quality recruitment services such as administration, interviewing and assessment centres.

2 Under the direction of the HR Team Leader, to maintain good relationships with employment colleges and agencies, including those on preferred supplier lists or following a tender process for such services. To help ensure that temporary staffing for the group is obtained with regards to quality and value for money. Take ownership for respective vacancies ensuring that all recruitment activities are completed in a timely manner and ensure quality of service. To be customer focused at all times and deliver a high level of service to the organisation and external candidates. To administer and issue new contracts for the group and information reaches payroll in a timely fashion. To travel to customer sites to support recruitment activities like photocopying documentation, screening CRB application forms and so on. Other responsibilities* To carry out any other duties appropriate to this post. To support the Group s values and strategic objectives within the context of the duties of the post. To support and adhere to the Group s policies on equality and diversity. To comply with the requirements of the ata Protection Act and associated legislation insofar as they relate to the duties of the post. To ensure compliance with good Risk Management Practice. To adhere to the Group s Health & Safety Policy. To comply fully at all times with the "Whistleblowing" policy, the Code of Conduct for staff and other associated policies relating to conduct at work. *Common to all staff
