5 FACILITATOR: Mirza Ali-Mhammed brings a wealth f experience as a practitiner and as a manager in small and large rganisatins acrss several sectrs. He is a graduate in Mass Cmmunicatins frm UWI, Mna, Jamaica and als cmpleted the Executive Masters in Business Administratin (EMBA) at the Lk Jack GSB. He has been certified as a Master Trainer frm the Natinal Center fr Cnstructin, Educatin and Research (NCCER), USA. Mirza has served in several capacities assciated with Human Resurces and Training & Develpment. His immediate past psitin was Divisinal Manager, Human Resurces and Student Affairs at the Natinal Energy Skills Center. Prir t that he served at Petrtrin as a Senir Human Resurce Analyst respnsible fr all Technical Training. Other experiences came frm Petrtrin Trinmar Operatins and BWIA Ltd. Mirza previusly lectured in the field f Cmmunicatin Arts at UWI, Schl f Cntinuing Studies, where reprt writing was part f the prgramme utline. He als taught Technical English including Technical Reprt Writing at Jhn Dnaldsn Technical Institute. His experience wrking in a technical envirnment at PTSC and BWIA allwed him the pprtunity t prepare and train supervisrs in the skill f effective Technical Reprt Writing.
